What is the point in using their app to make an appointment with a specific time? We walk in 10 minutes before my son’s 2:45 appt and are told it will be an hour wait as there are 4 people ahead of him. So if they just fit us in with the walk-​ins, why even has an appointment? Lost a customer forever!
