Inspection Consultants Group

I have bought several homes in the past. Some I had inspected and some I did not. I learned my lesson on getting an inspection report done when I bought a house «as is» and 2 months after we moved in I had to get a new heating/​AC system installed because the one in the house was worn out! On the last house I bought someone recommended Inspection Consultants Group (ICG) so I did. Mike Dougan did a quality inspection, very thorough, but not «nit-​picky» and as a result of his inspection report I was able to negotiate some repairs paid for by the seller! On top of that, when I paid for the inspection that day Mr. Dougan included a free termite inspection and general pest control spray in my new house before we moved in. These two items probably saved me a couple of hundred bucks! I was very satisfied with ICG’s inspection and will recommend them to my friends and family
