Called around 1030 to make an appointment for service. I was expecting to hear that it would be the next day but when I talked to Juan he said they would be able to get me in right away. When I showed up I was very impressed with how professional the service staff was and how nice the waiting area is. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. They even have donuts and water for waiting customers. Thanks for the professionalism and honesty. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely go back.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live in north Georgia, and I recently found an ad for the exact Raptor i’d been looking for, and well below msrp at Ron Cater Ford in Alvin Texas. Unheard of? too good to be true? Total scam? That’s was what I thought until Zach Moreno contacted me. I asked for pictures of the vin numbers and a written assurance from the sales manager that he would sell me that specific Raptor at that price. Both were sent immediately. So I hopped a plane to Houston. Zach picked me up, I met Kent the sales manager and signed the paper work and started the bad ass ride back to Georgia in my kick ass Raptor within an hour of arriving at the dealership. These guys set the bar for customer service and honest business. They now have a north Georgia customer for life.

Wow, did I have a pleasant experience today leasing a 2014 Ford Focus from Dominique James. He had the right car for me and leased it to me for the payment I had budgeted. The whole processing was conducted in a very professional manner and didn’t take all day. I will certainly get another car there when the time comes. I don’t feel burned out like I have after a day at a dealership. Thank you Dominique and the other good folks at Ron Carter Ford.

I always feel confident about the work being done here. I purchased my E350 van here and keep up the maintenance on a regular basis here as well. Appointments are easy to make, and the service writer Patsy is knowledgeable and friendly. I do enjoy the extra touches they do when you are here for maintenance, such as cleaning and vacuuming the vehicle as well as a free shuttle service if you don’t want to wait. The waiting room is comfortable and there is always fresh coffee and donuts in the morning
As well as bottled water. I always ask for oil change coupons when I am there, and they never seem to expire. I highly recommend the you get your ford serviced here.
