Hillcrest Village Apts

The first thing you will notice is all the pot holes they have in the parking lot.
Way too many kids not being watched and left to play not only in the grassy areas, but in the parking lot. Several times, much later in the eveing, some kids have been in the parking lot playing ball and I see balls hitting other vehicles.
A bit hard to find their location if you don’t konw where they are, but there is a sign off the highway that does point an arrow, so watch for it if you come here.
I was told that maintenance issues are only done through an email off their website that you must submit through. Maintenance issues do not get done as fast as they should. You cannot report these issues via phone or by going into the office. They ahve not told me how they handle after hour emergencis such as ceiling leaks.
Otherwise a little bit worn down but the outsides of the complex seems livable. Insides of the apartments not new looking, but again, livable.
