«The management of this location needs to be reviewed. The customer service needs improvement. The price I paid for two people, my disabled sister and myself recently was $ 34.49. The cajun rice was not an option as a side, because it was too soupy they said. I ordered a double jalapeño bomber side for my sister, which when I got her home was not in the bag. When you try to call which I did, the phone rings 30 40 50… times with no answer. I tried to call again today and someone pick up on about the 43 ring. I asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold for a few minutes, someone came to the phone who said her name was Frances, and saying they cannot answer the phone because they are so busy. When asked if she was the store manager, she said no, she was the shift manager, the store manager was much too busy to talk with me… Need I say more???
