Spokes N Skis

Being a business owner myself, I must say that this place has excellent customer service. What is nice about this place is that when you buy your products here, the customer service continues. They do adjustments along the way and help to foster your enthusiasm. Yes, I’ve seen cheaper places than here online, but you will no doubt get the proper bike or skis based on your needs so you don’t waste your money on a bad fit. My advice? Buy from here so you get good advice on what you need. High quality products and accessories and it matters to me that they live the lifestyle most of us are seeking, but if you want cheap junk, go to Walmart.

I came in here while home for the holidays to look for some ski boots. The gentleman that helped me out was very knowledgeable about the boots and did an excellent job fitting me and explaining the features. After figuring out which boots fit I asked what the price was and it was much more than I was expecting. The boots were priced at retail value when I could get the same product $ 100 less in my local Los Angeles ski shop. I said I needed some time to think about it because it was a large expense. I had thought about getting them from this business because of the great taxes I would pay in Los Angeles until the next day. My mom took me to the store with because I flew back from Los Angeles and told me while she was at the grocery store she ran into the salesperson that fit me for the boots. The salesperson proceeded to follow her throughout the grocery store trying to persuade her that I should purchase the boots from Spokes n’ Ski. I’m sorry, but I just won’t do business with a store or salesperson that results to these measure. It’s creepy, it’s unprofessional, and it’s why I’m buying these boots in Los Angeles and not from Spokes n’ Skis.
