Kranich’s has beautiful jewelry as well as great customer service. The representative I was in contact with was quick to respond to my questions and very friendly and helpful. I have contacted with them completely online and am pleased with my experience. It is definitely a place I would stop by if I was in the area. They have affordable as well as more fine and expensive jewelry for all occasions, including some absolutely beautiful wedding and engagement rings for men and women. I’ll be sending my husband here for future gifts (haha).
