it’s Bojangles… and I love it. I picked up some to go items for my hotel room for the week. Bo-berry biscuit, chicken biscuit, & Cajun chicken biscuit(amazing), and pecan twist biscuit thing(meh). The girls were nice working there and it satisfied my craving!

People working the drive thru are not friendly at all. Girl dropped my change on the ground and didn’t apologize or ask to help get it. Worst customer service

The food is good but the service is horrible. Check your order & receipt before you leave. NEVER come during morning or evening rush

Chicken chicken chicken. My husband wanted to eat here because all his friends love the place. The menu consists of fried chicken with sides or several different biscuit sandwich options. I got 2 sausage biscuits with a side of white sausage gravy and my husband got the breast with sides. The food was hot and fresh. Had to wait for biscuits because they make them fresh. The food was good. Not very pretty but it tasted good. The fries were seasoned well, chicken was crispy, sausage was tasty. Big A plus for the fresh biscuits. White gravy was greasy looking but tasted good. This location was clean and service was fast and friendly.

This is a review on BREAKFASTONLY — I came here on a Saturday morning because my friend recommended their breakfast. There a few cars ahead of me which is a good sign for breakfast. I come from Georgia where we Martin’s for a southern style breakfast/lunch. I liked Martin’s because they use REAL sausage patties in their breakfast, Bojangles also uses real sausage which a plus in my book. I noticed that they have a decent breakfast menu, with anything you could think to ask for. Biscuits were great, a little crumbly but far superior than McDonald’s. I’ve been turned away from McDonald’s at breakfast because they claimed to have«run out» of breakfast, which really meant that they were too lazy to cook anymore breakfast items since it was close to the menu change. Not Bojangles, breakfast all day every single day. If you want a greasy, filling southern breakfast sandwich look no further.

Bojangles? More like Barf-jangles. I was told this was so much like Popeyes. Well, the person who told me that must not have been to Popeyes since they were 5 years old because this is nothing like Popeyes. The chicken tastes exactly like the raunchy chicken I’ve bought at the Hess station. Identical. The breading is so thick and gross tasting. The biscuits were very dry on the inside, greasy on the outside. Not to mention the meal was expensive! I’m pretty sure we got the 20 piece and 10 biscuit box. I paid 20 bucks for chicken and biscuits. And it was lousy. The service was also terrible and they forgot to give me the sauce and honey I asked for. Service aside though, the chicken was so bad nothing else really matters.

Condescending manager made things tense. Food was good, but dry. The iced tea rocks!

Don’t go to this location and eat. There is a Manager(Shift Leader) that picks your food up with her bare hands and fingers. I would go there every morning to get my Husband and I breakfast. I called corporate and they did nothing about this, that’s the number 1 reason a lot of people are getting sick and food borne illness. Then the manager got mad cause i seen her do that and asked for the corporate number. It happened two days straight. I went through drive through the first time and ordered the supreme dinner, so they had to cook them fresh so i decided to go in and pour my tea out cause it was watery and i caught her picking out the supremes from the container with her fingers, so i asked for a refund. Then I went there the next day as i was getting off work and got my husband breakfast, so this time i walked in and she didn’t come take my order i had to wait for the girl in drive-thru to come take my order. I seen her picking up eggs with her fingers with only one glove on and had the nerve to use the hand that she didn’t have a glove on. Stay away as far as possible!

Always has great food, there chicken is ALMOST as good as Popeyes but not quit the best, there breakfast menu is also good. I come here often for breakfast and always get a spicy chicken on a biscuit and love it, they have sweet or unsweetened tea all day.

I love the BO’ never had their fried chicken perse, but the biscuits and breakfast is where its at, if your ever out for garage sale-ing, and your looking for a quick bite on your way to the first stop, check out bojangles cajun filet biscuit, I always add egg and cheese to it, and I have never had a better guilty pleasure breakfast anywhere. It beats MCds and anywhere else around here. Im generally used to eating at the BO back in NC and I must say that it is exactly the same. Now as far as chicken goes, I know there have been some complaints in the past, and honestly nothing can out do popeyes when it comes to chicken fried imo, unless your at Mama Dips in Chapel Hill, SC or even Smithfields famous fried chicken anywhere in NC, but as far as a cheap quick breakfast biscuit and or just about anything on the menu for that matter, you really can’t out do Bojangles, I honestly think of them as more of a breakfast all day chain than a fried chicken chain. So keep that in mind when your considering giving them a go round. Speaking of rounds’ I recommend the Bo Rounds’ which have got to be the best little taters I have ever had, they use this onion powder and maybe even some onions fried into the potatoes, you can’t really taste crunchy onion or anything, it just adds a little flavor that other tater tots just don’t have. Also don’t be chicken or cheap, and give the bo berry biscuits a try and or the cinnamon bo biscuits, they are all excellent, but beware you will feel guilty later. Its gluttonous to say the least, I always find myself skipping lunch and or working out extra hard whenever I do snag a Bo’jangles whether it be breakfast for lunch, dinner or breakfast. The Bo is also an excellent hangover remedy as well.

I truly only eat here for breakfast, typically on the way to church on Sundays. Absolutely love their Cajun Filet Biscuit, it has a great spicy taste to it. The sausage biscuits are a great deal, and quite tasty. What I am getting at essentially, is that I like their biscuits. The Bo-tato rounds are a good departure from the typical hash brown, it tastes as if they use a little onion in them. Service has been fast every time I have been.

When it comes to fast food fried chicken, the ranking goes: 1) Popeyes 2) Bojangles 3) KFC. The chicken and mashed potatoes are better at Popeyes, but everything else about Bojangles is better, including the biscuits and dirty rice. The place where Bojangles loses a point is the chicken itself. While it’s good, it doesn’t have the kick of Popeyes spicy chicken which is on another level, and most of the times I’ve been to Bojangles, the chicken has not been made fresh, but that’s OK because I don’t recommend getting the fried chicken here. Bojangles is all about the Cajun Filet Biscuit, a spicy chicken sandwich with a biscuit as the bun. The cajun spiciness packs quite a punch, and the buttery bun serves as the perfect wrapper. Two things I appreciate about Bojangles are the value and service, which were both good. The food here is very affordable, while the quality of the sides was very high. The dining room had an employee whose sole job was to walk around asking the customers if everything was ok. She also swept the floor and cleaned the tables so the place was immaculate. You could take a marketing picture of the dining room because it was spotless, and this was during lunchtime when it was busy. I wish we had a Bojangles in Los Angeles.

Breakfast served all day! The food is consistently delicious and well prepared. Their fries are seasoned well, unlike the Sanford location, and I have never had a poor quality meal here. Service is friendly and drive-through is quick and easy.

You may be in the mood one day to increase your cholesterol count and clog your arteries with some good fried chicken. This isn’t the place. You may have had a friend or family member in another state tell you how wonderful this place is. Well, it may be wonderful in THEIR state, but it’s not wonderful here in the Sunshine State. You may have read in SLAM Magazine that this was J.J. Redick’s guilty pleasure at Duke. Well, I bet if J.J. took the time out to try the Altamonte Springs location he’d be on the first plane back to Cameron Indoor. If I’m going to eat something that’s bad for me, it better be good. Bojangles does NOT have good fried chicken. Mediocre at best. You’d be better off picking up some of Publix’s fried chicken from the 4 locations that are within a 7 mile radius of this Bojangles. Bojangles may be a winner to you, but I know she’s a loser. Never trust big hype and a smile.

I think their chicken biscuit is one of the best things you can get in the fast food arena. I don’t have any experience with anything else here.
