I seriously have no clue why or how this place is still in business…
The staff/​owner at the front desk is incredibly rude! I have given this place a try a few times just to see if anything would change… it got worse each time.
The facility itself is gorgeous and very relaxing but the customer service is piss poor by majority of the employees.
I have had 3 different services on 3 different occasions: a Pedicure, a prenatal massage and a Swedish massage.
Everything is severely over-​priced. The pedicure was horrible. It made me question if the lady that did it even went to school. The polish was on my skin and the service was just sub par.
My pre-​natal massage was just ok. Nothing really spectacular.
My Swedish massage was actually great! The girl had amazing pressure throughout the massage & was very sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed her…& thenI had to deal with the front desk completely ruining the experience.
The turnover for the therapist seems to be extremely high but I can understand why.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I was hoping this would be a better experience but it’s not worth going here unless maybe for a massage or another service. If it’s just a manicure or pedicure it’s not worth the price. The manicures are done in the area that’s right by the front door and it’s a very small area. The pedicures are done there too. It’s not very relaxing when they bring another customer in the room and the person has to squeeze by you to sit down. I prefer a massage chair and some personal space neither of which I was able to get here. The décor was very pretty but you really don’t get to enjoy it when you’re up front by the door.

I love this place. They are always very professional and the service is always outstanding. To top it off, their membership is simply amazing– for $ 59 per month you can get one service. The options are a facial, massage, body treatment, photo rejuvenation or a manicure and a pedicure. If you don’t use your service that month, you can use it the next month and get two services in one month. They also offer discounts on other services for members. Seriously, I feel spoiled with the sweet price and relaxed atmosphere that they offer! I wish they had a hot tub, however, but then I may never leave!
Side note: they do use sterile utensils on manicures and pedicures, no just spraying down with alcohol like other salons. This is important because hepatitis is not killed by alcohol!

OMG!!! This place is simply AMAZING!!! Today (⁶⁄₂₈) is my birthday and so my Handsome Fiancé decided that he would suprise me with a manicure however when i arrived I was greeted by very nice hostess who serviced me while checking in. Once i to my suprise my Boo had 2 packages set up for me on top of a manicure. Not exactly sure what the packages were called but i got there st 12:45 and left at 4:45. I recieved a hawaiian massagewith body scrub along with a deluxe facial which was 1.5 hours by itself. This place is pure bliss with its cool yet soothing enviornment and the lady that did my facial was such a sweetheart she made my experience that much greater! The therapist that gave me my hawaiian massage was nice but very quiet and I had to get used to her but she had amazing skills and kept me relaxed as well. I love my nails also! I think the cutest thing is the pedicure chairs theyre so different with a square hole to put your feet in. I will def be going back. The receptionist even told me Happy Birthday compliments of my Fiancé. I went in with moderate expectations and left feeling like a queen. The place is soooo clean, very dark and ambient, and the music was so on point. Took me right where i needed to be in the zone! Thanks baby for making this possible and thanks BLUSH For creating the possibility.

It was way over priced for the service. It was totally rushed. The masseuse was constantly looking at the clock. They weren’t rude but was really not concerned with anything but the time. I had a worst massage somewhere else but felt more like I was welcomed there. The best way I know how to describe it. I felt like I got fast food for elegant dining prices. I would not ever recommend them too anyone unless your in a hurry.

I had a pedicure and facial. I thought both were ok but WAYYYYY overpriced for what you’re getting. I could get the same type of facial and pedicure elsewhere for half the price!

The words that best describe my experience today: mind blowing! It was the best massage I’ve ever had! I haven’t stopped talking about it since I left 4 hours ago. Liz was very educated in many techniques and took the massage from your typical massage to customizing it to where I needed it most. I’m so thankful that Blush Day Spa has an affordable membership fee so that I can see Liz every month :-)

Love this place! I go every year for my birthday and I get the massage and facial. Gita typically does my facials and she is amazing!

I really love going to this day spa. From the moment I walk in, I feel relaxed. The dim lights, beautiful décor, and refreshments offered while you wait for your service make this place stand out from their competitors. But the most distinguishing factor is the staff. The front desk is warm, friendly, and efficient. And the massage therapist I see, Natalie, has a magical touch. I’ve also had a facial there, and it was luxurious. The best way to go is a massage/​facial combo. Watch for monthly specials! I know I must sound like I work there. I don’t. I just had such a great massage there today and felt compelled to sing their praises!

Love this place! The staff was attentive and professional and my massage was perfect. They offer tons of services but they are not pushy about adding things on to what you have already booked. The spa has a fantastic atmosphere. Very relaxing and peaceful. I’ll definitely be back!

Horrible! My daughter’s birthday. We were asked if she minded a male. At 23, she said it was okay. Don’t think I would have done the same. Young guy, had his hands under the sheets!!! Touched my daughters butt, asked her if she liked yoga, talked to her the entire time! At one point he even shut the lights completely off. She immediately told him to get the lights on! He told her it was his first week. And to think, for 3 people, we spent over 500.00 for this experience??? Stay clear!

Severely overpriced. I was very disappointed in my pedicure. Pretty atmosphere but not worth the $.

Staff is incredibly kind and professional. The service is top level and the atmosphere is beautifully stunning. After I’m nearing the time I have to leave each appointment — I’m already thinking about my next visit.

Blush Day Spa was able to accommodate our party of eight on relatively short notice. Everything was timed perfectly and the décor is just gorgeous! It feels like walking through an enchanted forest at midnight during a full moon.
The staff was gracious and the services were excellent. I had a facial and massage while others had a body wrap. Some were also able to have their services done in the same room at the same time, which would be ideal for a couple. This is an elegant place that was a great choice for our large party on a girl’s spa day.

My wife had purchased me a gift certificate about a year and a half ago for my birthday and I had lost my gift certificate. The management at Blush were nice enough to look up my gift certificate and still honor the massage and facial that was purchased for me. Not only was the management and front desk receptionist exceptionally kind, but my therapists that took care of me were the best I had ever had. My massage was amazing and the facial I received was very rejuvenating. I would definitely recommend this spa to all my family and friends. The décor inside is unlike any spa in Orlando. A+++++++++ !!! Thank you blush for the amazing spa day!

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Though the massage people are decent, the establishment itself is unprofessional. The day after my massage someone walked in requesting my information, and they not only provided my name, whether I was a member, and who I was with the day before, but they also provided a copy of the receipt to this person which contained my credit card information on it. I called and their explanation was that the person said she was my friend (she was not my friend). Wholly unprofessional behavior that leads to identity theft issues amongst other things. I will never go back again. BEWARE!

We weren’t local to the area and were looking for a nearby spa to get a manicure and pedicure.
The location was convenient. The people very helpful, nice and welcoming.
They had a perfect package called the spa sampler (30 minute massage, 30 minute facial and mani/​pedi).
I couldn’t tell if the facial was a super authentic one, but it was relaxing. The same therapist did a great job on the massage therapist. The mani and pedi came with great massages as well.
The only complaint, is if you were on a time crunch, you may be a little late. What should have taken 2 hours (2.5 at most) ended up taking 3.5 hours. But then again you are at a spa… you should relax right. Just make sure to communicate and schedule accordingly.

Walking in, the charm and ambiance is breathtaking. Dim lighting, luxurious fabrics, and rich colors make this spa so relaxing. I went with a friend to try out the basic pedicure for $ 40. All OPI nail polishes and lots of good colors to choose from. Staff was attentive and professional. The big problem was the pedicure itself. I asked for my nails to be «as short as possible» and only my big toe was filed down slightly, with all the others left as they were when I walked in. I had to clip them myself when I got home. They used a scrub on my feet and did a little light massage, but no razor and no pumice stone. And scrub was left between my toes when I left. There was even some polish on my skin and cuticle when I took a closer look.
I was so hoping that this place would be worth the extra money (compared to the little places in strip malls all over), but it simply wasn’t. Back to the $ 35 mani/​pedi combo I go.

The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. I had several different treatments by 3 awesome staff members. I would recommend Brandi for nails, Cynthia for massage and Wendy for facials! You will not be dissapointed!

This spa is breathtakingly beautiful inside and the view comes along with splendid service. It’s a tranquilent relaxing environment well worth the experience. The ceiling of the waiting room is covered with vines and tiny lights. They have candles, statues, painting, gold drapes so the view was very nice. I love that they have free tea along with cookies while waiting for an appointment.
My time spent at this fancy salon was enjoyable but I ended up leaving with just a foot massage since the services are a bit on the pricey side. It’s understandable because it’s an elegant spa with a nice setting but considering that I know a handful of places that do the same services for half the price it doesn’t draw me in to have the willingness to splurge. Bravo to whoever decorated this place as pretty as it is though.
