Used this florist because of the previous reviews. Great choice everybody love this florist!
They were willing to work with me with the colors but I wanted to present!
I am presenting this to the client the trusted me with listing and selling their house in 48 hours. I will be at the closing today surprising them with a beautiful arrangement! Thank you Altamonte Springs florist I will use you on a regular basis!!!

I’ve been a client of this florist for years. I am an interior designer in Washington, DC… and I order flowers from Altamonte Springs Florist — over the phone — and have them hand delivered to a very special life long friend who lives near the florist in Altamonte Springs.
Naturally, being an interior designer… I have special requests. And my requests are always granted and the delivered product is super nice. My friend in Altamonte Springs always photographs the arrangements and sends me the pictures. This florist does good work and they are professional and courteous. And they are polite too ! Let’s be honest… How often do we find polite people anymore ???

I have received roses from Altamonte Springs Florist on two occasions and was extremely happy and impressed with their beautiful, fresh presentation and arrangement. Gail was very helpful and creative, making certain my husband would be confident in his decision. And I was truly in awe! Her delivery driver was courteous and expedient — assuring that I personally received my roses in their optimal, fresh condition. I will continue to support her and highly recommend her any time in need a florist.

While I was happy to find a florist still delivering last minute for Mother’s Day since I don’t live in Apopka. I was extremely disappointed in the size of the floral arrangement. After being told $ 75 would be a large floral bouquet that is not what my mother received. I would never get a floral arrangement from this place again.

Being in San Francisco, I searched Google and Unilocal (had no reviews yet) for a local florist to send a «Get Well» balloon bouquet for my sister in FL. She’s a consummate «flower killer» (in her words) so balloons seemed a great pick-​me-​up alternative.
Based on the Google search, I first called Springs Florist but after a very lengthy wait on their automated answering service, I tried Altamonte. Altamonte picked up on the second ring with a live person (Gail) who was extremely courteous and helpful with the order. At 11:45am EST, she ensured it would arrive same day. Indeed, the balloons arrived shortly thereafter much to my sister’s surprise and delight of my 2 yr old nephew as well! It was a great touch that I received email confirmations for both the purchase and delivery.
Altamonte Springs’ website states they are a «family owned and run florist” — and it’s obvious they take great pride in their customer service and products. While I didn’t have an opportunity to try their floral products, it’s obvious they value their customers’ time and hard earned $$. For that, I would be happy to give them my business again.

I’ve used this florist twice for my job. The staff is really friendly & helpful. Even on a last minute order they were nothing but courteous & accommodating. The roses received several comments & stayed fresh for much longer than expected. This is definitely the shop I’ll use whenever I need to order flowers.
