What an Oasis in the Desert. Hoopla provides excellent customer service each and every time. Scott and Lori are always happy to assist thereby making your shopping experience a treat. It is definitely the place to go for that unexpected gift and then some. The items are very unique and such variety. It’s easy to make a purchase and ship it UPS at the same time. Such service is unmatched. So happy to have you remain in Altadena. Thank you.

A wonderful community store. Lori and Scott provide a wonderful diversity of unique products. I am especially appreciative of the wealth of things that are free-​trade and produce by local craftsman and artists. Whenever, I have to get a special something for someone in my life, I love to walk into a store in which I am always made to feel welcome. If you are in Altadena, I highly recommend you drop by before going further down the hill. You’ll likely find something special really close to home.

Visited this store today and the woman who helped me identified herself as «a Webster». She was crabby, snippy and a complete witch. The stock was run down and crappy. Skip this store!

I have a post office box here and always check to see what other things are in the store when I check my mail. I have bought several pairs of earrings for myself and as gifts. They have a variety of items from local artists such as art cards, books by local writers, hats, jewelry, even tea and salsa.

The staff here are so friendly. They got a lot of great items: stationary, gifts, knick-​knacks. I personally enjoy the funny to-​do lists and post-​its they sell here. It’s a great local place to go and find quirky gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, etc.

A great store here in Altadena that sells all sorts of neat things. If you need boxes of any size for shipping, this is the place to go. The owners are socially conscious selling fair trade items like Open Hand Designs scarves and bags. You can also pick up a bottle of Earl’s delicious bar-​b-​que sauce here as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great place.
