So I waited 48 hours after leaving my first voicemail for them. Still no reply call. I called back after 48 hours and got another machine. Still have a backed up drain, guess since it was not an emergency my call back was not a priority. Don’t think they won my business. Can I give less than 1 star because they didn’t even get a chance to perform any service?

Over 20 years ago, Tim’s dad came out and did the job that 3 others could not for a fair price. It’s been the same to this point. Can’t say enough good things.

Tim, Pat, Rob, Dan… whoever shows up knows what to do and will give you a fair price. It’s a family-​owned business and they do big jobs and small jobs. We’ve had them come out for weird problems and typical problems. They trouble-​shoot and do it right, and then explain what they did and why. I have recommended them to my mom, my in-​laws, etc. Kennedy Sewer is a great company and they come out quickly, whether an emergency or not. Highly recommended!!!

We were referred by a neighbor, and have now used Kennedy 4 times in the last 6 months for three different issues (sump pump, water heater, toilet). They have always responded promptly, shown up exactly what time they said they would, explained the problem and fix in detail, and charged a fair price. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend them highly.

I was referred to this company and I called and left a very detailed message as to what my issue was… never received a call back to acknowledge receipt of my message, let alone whether they could assist me. Needless to say, I ended up taking my business elsewhere and my problem has since been fixed.
If you’re looking for prompt service, it may be best to look elsewhere.

Kennedy Sewer Service replaced my sump pump. It was quick and they did a great job for a fair price. Tim was the worker and he was courteous and explained what he was doing. Highly recommend Kennedy Sewer service for all your plumbing needs.

I’ve had Pat (owner) and Mike do work for me many times. Recently we suspected a broken sewer line in a basement. They brought the camera in and spent a half hr showing what caused the problem. We set up a date. During the work the brought me down stairs to show what happen during each stage. These guys take pride in doing a good job and are skilled and professional. I think they really like doing their work. When my wife asked Mike why they didn’t have a color sewer camera? Mike replied that he «didn’t need to distinguish peas from carrots» I paid a fair price. Twice in past they helped me solve small problems at no charge
