I’m reviewing cause I work for the store.
I love this jewel I love the new management so friendly
I’ve worked here for 2 years now the only big problem I have with this store is barcodes not being on items
And meat packages leaking or coming off. They really need to pay attention to this and double pack all the meat, don’t worry about wasting plastic you need it!!! Ha-​ha
But yeah cashiers are pretty friendly, we all get along we do a lot here if you see some one standing around for a minute or so its not that we are being lazy its we had a huge rush and need a break for just a second. We work really hard at our jewel will do everything we can to give you good customer service! Seriously we appreciate your business.

the pharmacist there during the day a blond haired white gentleman! he is an absolute dick and so are his employees!!! 2 of themed lied to me i was sappose to pick up my prescription on the 12th of january… was told by 2 of his helpers 2 different days. i had to make the trip back to my doctors office witch was approved no questions asked. they even had a cop come and watch me cause i was giving this guy a hard time. do not ever shop at this pharmacy again please remove your perscriptions from this osco they are lyers and dont try to help you out at all… a buch of control freaks! plus the jewel never has what you want. as much as ive shopped here all my life they have lost a very very very loyal customer! thanks osco

This store is fairly old so it’s a bit outdated. not the cleanest place in the world and the staff isn’t friendly so I normally just stick to banking at the Tcf bank inside and hot tail outta there unless I need an item or two…

Nice, clean Jewel Osco, moderate sales and prices, good bakery, pharmacy and staff. Security is a bit uptight though.

This review is actually for the pharmacy. Poor customer service. I came here recently for an antibiotic and was pretty much rushed through and ignored when I had questions. I had to repeatedly try to get the attention of someone when I was the only person in line and there were three people working. I wanted the regular (not generic) form and was brushed aside when i tried asking why they didn’t have it and if they will ever have it, was finally told that people just don’t want to pay for it. Well I’m a person and I would have been willing to lol. Would have been nice to be acknowledged politely. Then when I looked at the nametag of the person she suddenly put a smile on her face when ringing me up. Well I guess that I saved money by getting the generic, but it should have been an option.

Not the best Jewel. It lacks a variety of fruits and vegetables that I can find at other Jewels. It seems to only have apples, oranges, bananas and sometimes grapes. But mostly apples. Lots of them. Meh.
