Food is always good which is why it got two stars but Michael was really rude. There was a miscommunication and he didn’t understand what my father meant when he said «deli mustard» which is fine but then Michael proceeded to act like my dad was an idiot and blame him for the mistake. It would have been fine if Michael had just apologized but instead he made a scene and got very defensive and insulting.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

No problems at all! Placed my order and read my wife’s order from a text message. The older woman who was assisting me was patient and I had no trouble through the whole process. Great sandwiches and I was in and out in no time at all!

Who can’t enjoy a sandwich? We’ll its a little hard to enjoy your food after such a frustrating experience:/ There is nothing more irritating than ordering your food when the person making it makes you feel like your order is an issue! Not to mention if the employee doesn’t know what kind of meat comes with which specific sandwiches why be rude when the customer politely asks does it come with this as well? Ugg what happened to customer service???

The Alpine Subways stores are probably the cleanest best run shops in San Diego. When I go «down the hill «I am shocked how run down and dirty the «corporate «stores are in El Cajon, Poway etc.
The Alpine stores are a «Breath of fresh air» with a polite helpful staff, The $ 3.00 breakfast are a great deal !!!

Like most subways this is a good place for a sandwich. They make thier sandwiches with a fair amount of ingredients. The restaurants clean and the staff is friendly.
If you like Subway this place is as good as most and better than some.
