Love this store! I got a delicious ultimate caramel apple and the sweet gal behind the counter even sliced it for me to eat then and there! They moved to a new location in the food court at viejas so it makes it even easier to get your chocolate fix. I loved the friendly customer service and delicious treats! I highly recommend this chocolate shop to anyone!

I still love their toffee crunch clusters but right off the bat, the customer service was horrible. She was not welcoming at all. She made everyone feel like a nuisance and just seemed like everything/​everyone was on her last nerve. I’m glad i live in SD, i’ll be going to the other locations.
Kinda sad that this location doesn’t make snowflakes either! The only location that does is the one in La Jolla.

Employees need more customer service training. Everyone seemed very awkward and confused while I made my order. The only reason why I give this review 2 stars is because their chocolate covered apples are still delicious. However do not come here to order a hot coffee when all they use is a Keurig machine and do not offer you any cream or sugar.

I had no idea there was an Ice Cream shop left up in the outlets… after cold stone shut down. My friend offered to get me some while I was at work one day and from that point on I think I’ve gone a few times a week. Be it the cheapness, the goodness, the make your day betternessness of Ice Cream or the Nice Gals that work their.
I am sad the owner rotated out rocky road and then pistachio for something not to amazing, Get rid of bubble gum: p
