Let the Buyer Beware The store at 4601 Holcomb Bridge Rd., is the issue of this review but is part of the TCC group and must be new and not listed on Unilocal.Maybe they will get the message. My wife stopped in to this store because of convenience to ask a question about her recently upgraded phone. The salesperson offered her a promotion on two LG tablets for an increase of ten dollars a month. He said she had 15 days to return them. Knowing I was in the market for a tablet, she agreed. When I attempted to set up the tablet, I did not like the operating system and asked her to return them. That’s when we found out there was a $ 40 activation fee and a $ 75 restocking fee for each tablet. It cost us $ 150 to return the tablets(they waived one activation fee) which I did out of principle. I’m going to buy out her contract and we will never use Verizon again. I feel like we were scammed. I’ve been in sales all my life and made a good living by always taking care of my customers with integrity. I learned long ago that you can win a battle and lose the war, which is exactly what happened to Verizon in this instance. So if you do business with this store, ask a lot of questions or you just might be in for a surprise that will cost you money.

Contrary to what some are saying, the customer service I experienced for the most part was great! People were friendly and professional in general. All of the good feelings I had about them was ruined beyond repair by one incident. I was due for an early upgrade and and was asked to turn into to them, my previous Verizon device. I did as was asked and completed my transaction. I’d gotten my new iPhone 6s plus and I was grinning from ear to ear. Two weeks later I get a text from Verizon asking me to turn in my old 5s! I called the store asking them what’s going on and they basically told me that I must have taken home my old device! I went to see the store manager«Rob» a couple of weeks later and he pretty much said the same thing: «You must have taken it home.» I thought his attitude was very unprofessional and he didn’t in particular make a very good manager. I’m now out an iPhone 5s AND I have to pay Verizon for the store not having returned it. Talk about a worthless deal! I will continue to do business with Verizon. However, I strongly recommend you steer clear of this store on Holcomb Bridge.

Like really? UPDATEYOURSTORE. There no reason I shouldn’t be able to return something to any Verizon wireless store. That should definitely be detailed on my receipt. Very upset.

If you want the worst customer service and unpleasant employees this is the store for you! I’m not sure why they’re unable to print off paper bills, seems a bit bogus. I needed it to bring to Sprint to show the termination fee that Sprint reimbursed me for. They were happy to try and figure out a way for me to PAY the bill but not print it off. What a bunch of a$$clowns. I was there on 10÷9÷14 at 5:00. I hope a manager sees this and fires the degenerates they’ve hired. BTW sprint paid a $ 350 reimbursement and our plan is $ 40 cheaper with excellent coverage!

I recently went to the Verizon on Holcomb Bridge and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I was first greeted with a smile at the door and at no point did I feel rushed like I have at many other locations. Beautiful store, friendly, professional and knowledgable staff. I came in for a new cell phone and ended up leaving saving a lot of money on my cable as well. A+++

I hate going to a corporate store it’s like going into a doctor’s office take a number! They are so pushy and don’t care. This store is privately owned and always gives me all the attention I need. My salesman«Bill» and the store manager«Nick» were awesome! When it comes down to it, the whole team was GREAT! I am even attending a wireless workshop on Sunday to learn more about my new phone. P. S…Buy the gadget guard. When Bill smacked a stapler into the front of his phone screen several times, it made me a believer! I even bought one for my tablet.

Beautiful location with friendly and knowledgeable employees. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in Verizon wireless, Comcast Xfinity or just getting accessories for your phone or tablet.
