I wanted to let your school know you ruined my beautiful hair. I made a terrible mistake coming to your facility to request a beachy body wave. My hair came out looking like a bad perm from the 80’s. I was clearly disgusted with it immediately and nothing was done to help with correction. Not to mention an epic and uncalled for 6HOURS at your place of business for a hair service. I mean 6 hours!!! I have a lot of hair and the poor girl did not roll it right and the instructor took every rod out and made her start over causing her to cry and have to be excused. What a cluster this visit turned out to be! In additional to my immediate dissatisfaction, gobs and gobs of mousse was put into my hair making the look go from worse to just awful and i mean awful. That look reminded me of a shaggy dog. Then I asked for it to be blow dryed and for some reason the poor girl would not blow dry becuse the instructor told her not to. Well Im hear to say for future sakes of the up and coming students«THECUSTOMERISALWAYSRIGHT» and if they want their hair to be dry and not dripping wet and you don’t want to blow dry their hair, give the blow dryer to the customer as requested so they can try to fix the complete damage done to their hair! The kicker is at check out I was clearly upset, no clearly angry and physically trying to pull out the monstrasity made of myself and total ruin of my hair only to be asked how my service was? Are you blind? or just an idiot? The only things you are clearly not teaching your people there is how to relate to the client. 2nd how to listen top them and accommodate what they want not just repeat what was taught to them in a class. 3rd when its clearly bad, offer empathy and try to correct(not that I would have wanted to stay there ANOTHER6 hours!)what you did. 4 Not do what a client asks for, like DRY their hair for gods sake if they ask. The very last person who could have been taught how to spot a terrible experience and be your last shot/chance to win them back as potential future clients and you seriously FAILED there. Instead when I didn’t answer how my experience was because you could tell by the shear anger on my face i get an attidude from the cashier! Service was 5 days ago and this is the calmest I have been regarding the look I now suffer with. I have an appointment with my full time lady tomorrow in hopes she came heal my hair after this clear shock to it, me, my family and my pets! UGHH… Oh what poor poor poor poor experience and a lesson well learned, I will never never sacrifice my hair in this manner to save a buck or two. Stay with the spa services, they are the only services worth it.

I had the WORST salon experience of my life! It was my birthday. I booked a stylist that was at the top level. I confirmed the price before the appointment. All I had done was a single process color and cut. I asked for some long side bangs. Ok, so 2 pretty simple request. Not only did she need«help» from 3 other people, it took over 6 hours!!! Seriously?! They ended up painting my face, ears, and scalp and my hair didn’t even look like they cut it. I asked for dark brown and it turned out witch black, which I was cleaning out of my ears for a few days. Then, after all of this, they charged me TRIPLE the price I was told. I was late to dinner and my cheeks and ears were BLACK with dye. I asked them multiple times to remove it and they acted like it was my problem. The lack of professionalism appalled me. Truly shocking :-O

I agree. Spend your money and time on professionals. These kids are learning and you’ll be the guinea pig. The girl who took care of me had no idea what she was doing she kept going back to the supervisor for questions I could have answered — and I’ve never been more than a client. She also took advice from a friend of hers who also had no clue. Here I was listening to those two trying to figure out every little step — I was in awe. How to they let them handle paying customers? Those services need to be FORFREE until the kids have mastered the trade. Some people cannot afford a haircut and wouldn’t mind spending the time. I had many services done — all of which got done with great struggle. I was promised to be there for 4 hours and I ended up staying there for 7!!! I couldn’t even go out for food because I had stuff on my head and they did not have the good sense to schedule a break for me. Keep out!

This review is based on my tour of the esthetics program. All I have to say is, I absolutely enjoyed my visit. The admissions rep was quick but very thorough. The classes are small, which is very good compared to other schools I toured. I loved the interaction between the teachers and the students… very personable. Equipment they use and the product line is high quality. I chose this program over others because of industry reputation, smaller class sizes, affordable, more certifications, just an overall better deal.

I was planning a very complicated order. I called to make the appointment and I asked for a phase 2 student. I double and triple checked that I would be getting one. Then I repeadetly asked if they would/could dye clip in hair extentions(I have quite a few 100% human hair high quality), they told me they for sure could. I proceeded to tell the student on the phone that i wanted a complicated cut/dye, and i wanted to make sure that the teacher who specialized in «ombré» dye would be there. They assured me it was all good and I made the appointment and came in with pictures of exactly what I wanted. After meeting the girl I knew immeaditly she had no idea what she was doing or had no idea of how to do what I had asked for. Her friend came over and began to coach her on what to do(simple stuff like PARTINGMYHAIR correctly!!!) and the girl was so confused. She knew absolutly nothing about simple styling hair, much less my complicated style. The friend repeadetly tried to explain but they eventually called over the teacher who immeaditly shut down the idea of dying my extentions. She said it was against policy. They all argued about this with eachother and eventually called in the supervisor who confirmed that they in fact cannot dye extentions. I wanted to leave since they couldn’t do what I was asking for, and they tried convincing me that I should stop wearing extentions! Or that I should dye my hair and leave my extentions a different color! Then, while the teacher stepped away the girl tried convincing me to come to her house to pay her $ 100 to infuse extentions in, and when I refused she begged me not to tell on her because that’s major against the rules. It was incredibly unproffessional. I decided to not waste the trip and to go ahead and my hair trimmed to blend better with the extentions. And once we began to shampoo I decided to get an awapui treatment(which was wonderful for my hair and it only costs $ 10). All was going well I suppose until the girl began cutting, she chopped inches off my hair and in uneven BLUNT lines that looked terrible… She also cut it with a middle part and I have a far left part. She also managed to rip OUTENTIRELY3 of my ear piercings. My hair looked awful and my ear was bleeding everywhere. The other male teacher(his name was Casey) came over and was so angry at what a horrible job she’d done. He fixed my hair to look good, but it is much thinner and shorter now. I left unhappy and in pain. I wouldnt suggest coming here unless all you want is the conditioning treatment. Nothing else!

This institute is a complete rip off. They have incompetent students, who mess with your hair, and then argue this is what you wanted. They still charge you for their incompetence. Advice to all, better spend 50 extra bucks and go to a professional rather than going here

Came here for a color. i wanted lighter. and lighter is what I got. but it was like ½ a shade lighter. so after much thought I contacted my student stylist Danielle C. a day later and told her I wanted even more lighter. No attitude at all, but a friendly sure let me see when we can fit you in! So the first time what they did was remove color and add a lighter over all color. My 2nd visit they decided to add highlights to break up the one color and give it more texture:) The teacher said it would be much prettier, and alot less stress on my hair. The results were fantastic! They run like a full service salon without the full service price!
