I’m in the middle of renovating my house and could not find the tile I needed for my kitchen wall. A local retailer in California called their vendor to see who would have it in stock.
Builders Depot had some and was one of the only places that had enough for me to cover the sq footage I needed.
It turns out the product my wife liked at the local place was discontinued so if we wanted to get it we would need to order the stock left over from BDD.
David was a huge help. He immediately pulled the stock and took my information a week later we received the tile (we ordered 2 extra) and now we are about to install it in our kitchen.
Service, packing, delivery were all great.
It was a small sale but they treated me like larger client.
