I was nearby visiting a friend and she recommended this place. Thank you Lisa! I found it was very clean and one of the most wonderful massages I have ever had. What’s more, it was a great price. The woman I had didn’t speak good English but sure was very trained and professional.

Do NOT visit Rose massage! It’s in between ALDI and GoodWill. I was in the shopping center one day and saw that they advertised foot massages and thought I’d give them a try so I booked an appointment for the next day. While booking my appointment at the front desk I noticed 2 clipboards with client information on them(which I’ll get back to later) and thought that it was strange to see a client’s name, address, phone number and medical history on a sheet of paper but none the less I booked my appointment. Now to the day of my appointment… I walked in and there was a lady and man at the front desk. As soon as I got there, I was taken into a private room and told to sit on a rolling bar stool to soak my feet. Yes that’s right a ROLLINGBARSTOOL! I asked her where the massage chairs were and she said«no, sit here to soak your feet» and walked away. I must say that I’ve probably been to dozens of reflexology spots/massage spas in and around Atlanta and have never sat on a bar stool when soaking my feet. Anyway I let that go and within 10 minutes she came back and told me to lay on the massage table(which was pretty nice considering I had just spent 10 minutes on a stool). First strike was that she wore plastic gloves the entire time she performed my massage which was NOT very relaxing or soothing at all. Second strike was about 10 minutes into my massage I heard the man at the front counter yell«I’ll be back in an hour» and my message therapist yelled back«OK». Completely took me out of the half way peaceful gloved rub down that was in progress. Third strike was when my massage therapist’s phone started to ring… ANDSHEANSWEREDIT! She had about a one minute conversation and then hung up. Didn’t say I’m sorry or excuse me. She just got back to the gloved rub down. At this point I knew I wasn’t returning to Rose massage but it didn’t stop there. About 45 minutes into my massage when the strikes had all been given and she was officially OUT, someone entered the front door(I heard the chime) and my therapist just stopped my massage, got up and went to the front desk to service this customer who had walked in wanting an appointment. At this point I really should have just gotten up to leave but only had 15 minutes left so when she came back after about 3 minutes, she finished and I got up to pay. When I got to the front desk, she was there waiting and told me to fill out the form on the clipboard which asked for my name, address, phone number, and medical history. Of course I gave them an alias(I saw other customer’s info there for the entire public to see and mine wasn’t about to be on display too). She was completely unaware that what she did during my massage was unprofessional but due to the language barrier I didn’t bother trying to explain and there was no one else there to talk to so I paid and left. After I got home I did a little research on Rose Massage and guess what? They have been sited by Johns Creek with a few violations. Here’s the link So, lesson learned is that I really should have done my research before throwing away $ 30
