Well the pizza I ordered was great! The ingredients were fresh and the thin crust was nice and crisp! The service was not too bad considering it was a Friday evening! Why 3 stars? I found a hair on my pizza! Nothing big but there nevertheless!

Not bad for a $ 5.99 carryout. Better than competition Little Ceasars but let’s be clear this isn’t gourmet pizza. It’s cheap and fast and decent.

Pizza isn’t bad for the price. It’s the service that kills this place. It’s high school kids who don’t give a crap, insult you on the phone while your ordering and barely do any work. I went here for years and now I’m just done. Get new staff.

This is not high end pizza but great for the price and convenience. Do not waste your time with Papa Johns, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, etc… if you can get Riverside. Always fast and always good! My son’s favorite pizza place.

If you like your crust to taste like shoe leather then order up! They don’t make their own thin crust dough. The thin crust is okay. We ordered 5 thin crust pizzas for a party. The driver had clearly thrown the pizzas into the car. They were upside down and folded in half when we opened them. The manager told me I could call back another day for a credit for more pizzas. I called back another day to order my free pizzas. I was told he was to busy to fill my order for the pizzas I was owed. GREAT business practice! I will never order from this company again. I recommend you read some of the other reviews, too! Scary place!

I’d like to write an updated review for Riverside Pizza, 8 months after my bad review. Riverside asked that I give them another try after they moved to their new location, and I finally did. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the new location, and the people working there were friendly and courteous. The pizza was hot and delicious, with a side of breadsticks that were also fresh and tasty. Good job, Riverside Pizza! I believe in second chances and hope to see you keep up the cleanliness of your new location. I also really like the Drive Through feature.

Love their Gluten free Pizza, and also that their wings are baked. Salads are fresh. Great prices too !

I like their Gluten-Free pizza. I typically ask them to under-bake it when I call in my order. It’s a lot smaller than the regular crust and has a tendency to burn on the bottom when they bake it. When I remember to ask for it under-baked, it’s perfect! I’ve also tried their hot wings and have been happy with those. I don’t eat here often, but when I do the service is usually good and the cashier is very friendly. I appreciate the new location as well. The drive-thru is very busy on weekend evenings and doesn’t have a lot of room for multiple cars so I usually go inside to pick up my order.

MUCHBETTER! THANKYOU! This restaurant was going down hill fast until they implemented some much needed changes. Initially, I found that the quality of the food was not up to par and the service was inconsistent. I have eaten the food several times over the past few months and I can say that service has improved substantially. The restaurant is totally different now because it has relocated to a corner suite in the same center and now has a drive-thru window. They no loner have an eat-in area but just a seated area where customers wait for their food. This is a much better set up as I think the previous location was difficult to maintain and keep clean. Instead of worrying about cleaning tables and waiting on customers, staff can focus only on preparing food. I have tried the pizza, cheese bread and the wings and all have improved. The pizza is is well prepared with just the right amount of toppings. The wings are bigger,(meatier), and much better prepared which for mean means that they are perfectly cooked, not salty and not dripping in sauce. The cheese bread is cooked to perfection with just the right amount of cheese and crispiness where it counts. I am so thankful that this restaurant has taken a turn for the better because it is now an asset and not an eyesore.

Let’s talk about the soul sucking experience that purchasing food from Riverside Pizza is. When you enter their new location you may or may not be greeted by one of their pimply faced, minimum wage, no supervision, I hate my life teenagers with either a grunt, a blank stare like you are from outer space, or my personal favourite, the insincere«what would you like» that reminds me of what it would be like to get drive up food from a drive up restaurant as a cop being staffed entirely by ex cons. Once they take your order, it’s as certain as the weather forecast being accurate that they will both get your order right, and tell you they are out of something that you’ve ordered. But of course, it wouldn’t be Riverside Pizza if they didn’t wait until you picked up the order, well after you have already paid for it, to tell you they were actually out of what you ordered and paid for 10 minutes prior. Like for instance the cheese sauce they were out of today, that makes the ‘barely qualifies as something more that raw dough’ breadsticks almost tasty… almost. Incidentally, one of the most fun things you can do at Riverside Pizza, also relates to the cheese ‘sauce’ that is served directly from what looks like a rusty cauldron, circa 1974. The teen employees wrestle with this contraption like the gladiators of Rome(which incidentally is probably the only time each day where they actually work for their money), to squeeze out its oozing calorie laden ‘contains 0% real cheese’ goodness into a thimble sized container for a good 5 minutes each, often having to tag team to accomplish the task due to the pure physical exhaustion of trying to get the oozing goodness out of the rusty cauldron that hasn’t functioned correctly since the summer of 1975. I discovered that the ‘cauldron of customer dissatisfaction’ actually made the trip from the old store to the new one. The only reason I can think of that it made the trek, is that the owners must be sadists, and have installed 2 way glass somewhere in the new location to point and laugh at the annoyance and frustration on customers faces when they find out that the cauldron of «I can’t be bothered replacing 1974 tech» is not working for the eleventy fifth time this week. My favourite part however of coming to Riverside Pizza, has to be the high level of skill, training, cleanliness and overall demeanour of the kids who work with zero adult supervision or any form of accountability. It truly is amazing to watch. I especially enjoyed today’s game of food Russian roulette, when the kid who took my order was popping a pimple on his face right as he was serving me. He then went out the back to prepare pizza with the same pimple juice filled hands without washing them and promptly forgot about my order, which I then had to go and find someone else to get for me, as he looked at me when he went past like it was the first time he’d seen me. I always enjoy paying for items that Riverside doesn’t actually have when they take your order, it’s kinda like a game of hide and go seek, but with your money. They take your order, then hide it until you are sick of waiting after being forgotten about, and then tell you they don’t actually have half of the things you ordered and paid for previously. The seek part of the game comes when you have to spell out your order all over again to the third kid you’ve dealt with in 10 minutes. He then tells you that you ordered something different, as he reads the order of some other guy that he’s about to tell he’s already charged for 7 things they don’t have anyway. It’s a super fun game, if you have nothing to do on a rainy Saturday afternoon, I highly suggest you grab some cash or a card and head on down to Riverside and have an afternoon filled with games like ‘food Russian roulette’, ‘what do we actually have on the menu that’s not actually here’ or my personal favourite, ‘pick how many different ways we can screw up your order and it’s FREE!‘ What can I say, I’m a sucker for a good game. In all seriousness, I wish I owned this place, the lines would be out the door and I’d make three times the money because I’d pay people to do a job and actually make sure they were providing the right service to customers, and not have a reputation of ‘the service blows worse than a 2 dollar escort — but it hasn’t killed me or the kids yet and it’s cheap’. New location, same horrible service and no accountability. I’d rather slam my head in a car door while eating little Caesars until I throw up than have my brain melted by returning to this place.

Been a regular for a while. Best cheap takeout pizza around! It’s not the best pizza ever, but it’s a THOUSAND times better than little ceasers & marcos! The place just got renovated and is a lot nicer looking! Only ever had one issue and that was that it took 20 minutes for cheesy bread(that was today actually). But I’ll still be going back!

Apparently my friend called a few pizza places and they all had a 2 hour wait. Then she remembered there was a Riverside nearby that has pizzas readily available. We drove up to the location and they did have some available but she wanted different varieties. Fortunately they were able to accommodate our needs and quickly. Overall they have good pizza, great cheese for their breadsticks and great pricing!

This is kind of your typical ‘I want cheap pizza’ place. Rubbery cheese, bready crust, but the sauce is ok. It’s saving grace is that it’s cheap. The problem is a box pizza from the frozen section isn’t that much different. I’m not saying its terrible, but it’s just standard ‘cheap pizza’.

Stop by and grab a cheese or pepperoni pizza for $ 6 each. No waiting, great price, good pizza, kids love it. That’s it.

I get this is cheap pizza. I get this is generally a delivery place. But, jiminy crickets, people! Disorganized, dystopian, and disheartening. Place seems to be run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what the heck they are doing. Will Not Be Getting Pizza From Here Again.

Think of Little Caesars with better pizza options and salads. This is one of those places you go when you don’t feel like cooking and want cheap eats. The Family Meal Deal is $ 20 for 2 one topping pizzas, a family sized salad, breadsticks and a 2L soda. It is pizza fast food, plain and simple.
