Ramada Limited Alpharetta

This was the nastiest hotel I have EVER stayed in. I only remained because I had already paid online and didn’t want to end up having to fight to get my money back if I hadn’t stayed. Arrived early, was Not ABLE to check in early. Period. Got to room, ice bucket was filthy, bathroom had hair in tub and nail clippings on floor and cigarette ashes on floor. Walked down to the desk to address these issues. About a half hour later they came up to reclean the bathroom. I also showed them the pillow cases that had makeup stains on them. What the heck!!! The second day, I noticed there were kiss marks on the full length mirror, obviously from a child, and yet, that shows that the mirror hadn’t even been cleaned either. Mattresses had stains which I took pictures of. There was gross gunk behind each bed. Mold on the shower curtain. Never again.
Actually have condoms in with the snacks in the hotel lobby. Oh my god!
Police were there also after I checked in. Don’t know what was going on.
What was called a kitchenette was a mini fridge with an ironing board and iron sitting on the floor… What a joke.

We recently stayed in Ramada for a duration of 10 days. I am not sure about others experience but we felt a descent stay. We were given nice hospitality throughout our stay. We really appreciate management for taking care of every small requests. We were given a large room with kitchen and utensils. To be frank management is really good. Then are not there to talk policies but go all the way to meet your expectation. That was the best part among other hotels there. We shouldn’t forget always few compromise comes with price tag. Please keep up the good work!

People are going in and out of the hotel all night. I woke to the smell of marijuana. Rude staff.

With so many hotels to choose from in Alpharetta this place should be crossed off the list. Disappointing in every way. Rooms are 40 years out of date, towels in room are stained, while checking in I heard another guest complain that their sheets were dirty at checkin. I travel with family and this place isnt a good option. The smell of cat urine near the elevator… This place has it all. If it were priced with one star hotels it would be fine. But as a 3 star option, it doesn’t conpare.

It’s places like this that make me wonder why Unilocal doesn’t offer a «no stars» option.
I attempted to book a hotel room for my sister and her husband at this location for Valentine’s Day. Yes, we were last minute, but the guy on the phone said he did have a few more rooms. He gave us the price and we decided to call around, just to see what else was available.
When we called back, the reservations agent informed us that there were no more hotel rooms available. We had him on speakerphone so both my sister and I could hear it. I expressed disappointment, and asked if there was any possibility of cancellations, or if we could join a waitlist. I still can’t quite believe what happened next.
«I have nothing for you,» the «gentleman» said. «You can call, you can come over here and stand before me, or you could even sit on my face, but I have no rooms for you.»
Needless to say, both my sister and I were floored.
I’ve lodged a complaint with Ramada who have essentially told me there’s nothing they can do about it. The only apology I’ve received is that they’re sorry they didn’t have a room for me – nothing about the outstandingly rude behavior on the part of their employee. I was also told they couldn’t comp me a room or offer anything because we didn’t stay that night at a Ramada. Go figure why we wouldn’t want to stay at a Ramada that evening (or perhaps ever again).
As someone who travels regularly and works for a company where most of our 500+ employees travel regularly, I personally will never set foot in a Ramada again, and I’ll be sure to let our travel team know the same. Truly disgusting service — avoid.

Not bad @ all for the price. Super clean, quiet. Bed reasonably comfortable, pillows readily nice. Seemed safe & quiet
