We’ve been using PureDefense for two years and have nothing but positive things to say. The customer service has been great, any time we call between treatments, they come out within a few days. We recently called because we thought there might be something in the attic and David with the wildlife division came that day for a free inspection, found evidence of a flying squirrel and gave us recommendations on getting rid of it. Very pleased with PureDefense!

I’ve been with them for 3 years now and their customer service is steadily declining. There treatments are good and the bugs stay out, but good luck with getting them to keep an appointment time if you need something besides the exterior of your house treated. SMH.

I have been using Pure Defense Pest Control for the past few years and they have been nothing short of excellent in taking care of not just my house by my five rental homes as well. Any little problem they come out right away and take care of it.
Everyone I have dealt with from the office staff to the people coming out and working on my house are professional and friendly. I have given out their name to others that I have come across and now they have 5 – 6 accounts just on my street alone.

I converted my pest and termite services to Pure Defense following a poor experience with a competing firm. I think highly of the quality of Pure Defense’s services and strongly recommend them to any consumer within the Greater Atlanta service area who wishes professional courtesy, timely service, recognizable quality, and significant comparative value to that of available competitor offerings.
Oh yeah… I also recommend them if you don’t like pests in and about your home. My last pest control firm seemed to believe that that was ok.

PureDefense Pest Control was recommended to us by our next door neighbor and we are very glad she did. :)
They got rid of the pesky little gnats that were coming in from the outside as well as the little creepy crawlers on the inside. So very nice to NOT have a little gnat land on your arm whilst watching tv :)
The office personnel is always very friendly and helpful when I’ve needed to call. And our technician that comes to our house is very polite and does a great job !!
You can set up whatever kind of program you would like :)
So … if you are in need of someone to get rid of the creepy crawlers inside and out of your home … This is the company to call :)
