I would not want to give it any stars for this instance when I got a baby cockroach, yes a cockroach in my biryani to go. Found it after I got home. Disgusting, if cleanliness is not a priority then shut down the restaurant.

Very inconsistent and dry Biryani. Tried this place more than 10 times. Only go there coz it’s 2 mins from my house and I am very hungry. Tried their Chicken 65(my favorite) and was not impressed. If your flag ship dish is not a show stopper then I’ll pass the restaurant unless I am desperate.

As ppl would assume when u enter the restaurant or the name itself. It’s definitely not a HYDERABADIPARADISEBIRYANI. And add to our experience the appetizers gobhi manchuria and chilli paneer were frozen and same sauce applied to both. :(. The next thing we ordered was egg biryani.. It’s a treat for vegetarians as its just a veg biryani with 1Egg cut into half and that’s it no more eggs just mixed vegetables :(. and to end with our dinner we had a sweet paan which was awful. Overpriced Overall we had a bad experience.. Hope they improve and others have better food .Good luck

I was really excited to go here for lunch despite it only having 3 stars. First, when we went for lunch on Sunday, we were informed that they are going to charge us dinner prices for the biryani instead of the normal lunch. That didn’t sit well with me. The biryani could have been tastier and a little spicier. When we asked for pickle, we were served this pungent cauliflower that no one at our table enjoyed. The chicken biryani was alright. Service was good.

Firstly, their curries are not bad. My kids like them as they were the least spicy ones from all Indian restaurants in our area. Biryani is sad and very inconsistent(we ate it about half a dozen times) and not work ordering unless you are in the area. We shop at Costco a lot, and order online and pick up on our way home. That was the main reason we ate there. However, they had three strikes: 1. they were closed for business due to renovations, but they were still taking orders online. When I showed up to pick up our order that we already paid for, I found a sign saying gran opening in two weeks. We called after they opened, but they went out of their way to avoid paying us back. Finally we made the same order, and negotiated(it wasn’t easy) for them to cancel it against the other one. I avoided the place after that for about 5 months, but wife finally talked me into ordering again. 2. The second strike was that next order. We checked if they were open online, ordered but chose to pay in store this time. I showed up, and they were closed for no reason at all. No sign, no explanation. It was a Monday and the site said they were open. Since we didn’t pay, it wasn’t a big problem. 3. Wife ordered online around 4:30. I was on my way from work and stopped by to pick up. We choose to order online since it’s very hard to understand their questions and get your order right due to their accents and our inability to pronounce names of dishes properly. I walked in, and they just said our order came after 4 and before 6 and they do not make half the things we ordered(not labeled on their site, and the ordering system still lets you buy it). She said I could take biryani since they had that, but no curry before 6pm. They made it look like we were dumb not knowing that curry cannot be bought before 6pm. I walked out without biryani and said never again. They could have called to say that the order was not good(we always leave our phone number), but they just didn’t care. They go to great lengths to drive away non-Indian customers, and I’m writing this as a warning to everyone who’s not in the club. You cannot park at a parking lot in Alpharetta without being a walking distance from an Indian restaurant so there is no need to stop by this one. Also, while waiting to pick up my food, one can always see them carrying glasses and plates with their fingers inside which is a big no-no in this business.

The Biryani is not that great. The curries are ok. However, their kitchen closes 30 min before the actual closing time. If that was the case, why keep the restaurant open when you cant serve food. Anyone going there should not only ask if they are open but also find out if their kitchen is open.

Great little find. Food was delicious with just right right out of spice and everything! I normally do not care for lassi but the mango lassi here is super tasty

Decent food and generous portions. I had chicken vindaloo prepared very tasty. It comes with half order of butter naan and rice. It had a little to much sauce for me. The spicy paneer appetizer was good too.

The renovated place is better — a much better menu with even more choices!

There biryani needs more flavor. It’s not the best biryani I have had. The curries are very so so. I visit this place only once in a while for change of taste. Ambience is good, staff is friendly.

I had a chicken curry and it was very good. The staff is friendly but there aren’t many so the service is a bit slow. My biggest problem was with the ambience, I think they lack a cool indian enviroment. The restaurant is white and doesn’t look indian. Some decoration would atract much more costumers.

the new owner has made sure he bought the biriyani back to the one I had in this joint couple of year back. The 5 star is also for the way they make sure they get the best food out to the customer. I am going back to the place again.

Seeing all odd reviews, I felt I should write something about this restaurant. Try it now! This restaurant has recently been taken over by new people and now it is Awesomeeee. I regularly come here despite reviews just for the biryani. But for the past two months the biryani is the best ever I had in Atlanta. The goat thali, veg thali in week days is the best deal for lunch! For both service and the taste, I would now give a 5 star

Arrived in the middle of the afternoon. My first yellow flag was when the host started to pick up menus to hand to us, then quickly put them back down. We got beverages but it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. In the meantime, my companion had gotten up and walked to the front desk to grab some menus. The choices looked good, but we were informed that the only thing available was the biryani. Nothing else. We decided not to leave. Bad choice. The biryani was overly salty and the rice a bit too dry for my liking. The flavor was otherwise OK. Just OK. It took forever to get drink refills. The biggest thing that angered us was that there was a family of people(you might expect to see at a restaurant of this type) that had several different dishes of food on their table. The had just started eating when we came in. They got different dishes, but we could not. Why can’t I give zero stars?

The food was delicious but WAY too spicy. They did not ask how spicy we wanted it, which is not what I’m used to for Indian cuisine places. Sadly, as a pregnant lady, I can’t handle the spice and could not finish my meal. The service sucked! We were there for lunch and although we were seated and ordered quickly, we had to ask twice for a cup of ice and for hubby’s coke. I mentioned the spice factor to the man at the counter while checking out; he suggested that next time(there won’t be one) make sure to order as ‘not spicy’. Had they asked how spicy I wanted it, that would have been my answer.

We went here on saturday for lunch. The place opens at 12 and we went in by 12.05. They were not ready for customers and it took 20 mins for our order to come even though our order was the first. Didnt get a clean feeling about the ambience & restrooms. Silverware came after the food. Food was spot on. Generous portions(though a tiny side of raita for a big bowl of biryani). Gobi manchurian was nice and crispy. Overall driving all the way from midtown to this place was not worth it and we would definitey not go here again!
