WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I purchased a haircut through Half Off Depot with a voucher value of $ 110.
First of all Char got sick and had to postpone my appointment twice.
When I finally arrived at the salon with my pre-​paid voucher Char demanded an additional $ 25 in cash or check for my shoulder length hair. I pointed out to her on my pre-​paid voucher that it does not stipulate she can charge extra.
She didn’t care. I walked out of there without a haircut. I’m so disappointed in my experience. Please DON’T GO!!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
