So against my better judgement I went back. I gave specific instructions along with please make sure you cut my hair evenly. The manager cut my hair.
Well the next day I went back to get my money back. My hair was not cut strait at all and is a mess. it took two visits to gt my my money back. it took 15 minutes to get the cash back.
I will never go back.

I’ve been a long time customer of this Great Clips. But I am never going back. As I was trying to explain to a person who had never cut my hair what I wanted, she kept talking over me and telling me it’s all in the computer. Then she proceeded to run a pair of clippers up the side of my head. Twice before I stopped here. She just kept saying it’s in the computer. All attempte to fix it only made it worse.
I have two important meetings in the next three days, with a haircut that looks like it was done with hedge clippers.
Don’t let ANYONE there tell you what’s in the copmputer. Although that is no longer my problem — because I’m never going back.

Ask for Diane. She’s the best one there. At first when I got my hair cut there, the other stylists were always messing up on something as simple as a fade. Diane did me up and she’s been my barber/​stylist ever since. Line’s are not long and you can get your hair cut for $ 10 if you pre-​buy $ 30 worth of haircuts ahead of time.

I have never had to wait very long for a haircut at this store. The staff is friendly and I’ve always been happy with my haircuts. $ 14 gets you a basic cut.
