So first of all I’m real salty about ordering(and paying for) a 12 pack nuggets meal and receiving an 8 pack But when I asked for Polynesian and honey roasted BBQ sauce they gave me ketchup and regular BBQ I know that doesn’t seem like a huge deal, but honestly it’s not the same without the sauce and ketchup is trash And the hecking fries weren’t salty enough! Half the box they gave me was crumbs, and I have never felt so disrespected I also noticed, as I pulled up to the drive thru window, some kid walking around holding a fry, shoving it in his coworkers faces. He then proceeded to place said fry upon a shelf for display. That’s disgusting imo Why you gotta use food as a toy, they got kids meal action figures don’t they? Damn bruh

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE Chick-fil-A as a chain. But this is the WORSTCFA I have ever been to in my life. The manager is inept and spends his time making loud jests to the customers and generally trying to put on a good show up front to cover for his lousy management, poor hiring, and lack of all general knowledge of food cleanliness. In short, this is a management fail. The staff does not know how to communicate with the general public. Most of the time you can barely understand the staff taking your order in the drive through, and one man who waited on us inside last night was unprofessional and sarcastic. The staff is uninformed about how to successfully fill an order and they don’t even know what sides go with which salads. Speaking of salads, I ordered a Cobb salad last night and my greens were wilted and turning various shades of brown and pink. The salad didn’t taste fresh at all. I spent most of my meal picking out thick pink lettuce stalks. Ew. The only reason this CFA gets so much traffic is because of its location(near Costco, Walmart, etc.) Avoid this location like the plague. Actually, from the state of the food prep area and floor behind the counter, you might actually get the plague if you eat there. Stay away, folks. Message to corporate: go do an unannounced inspection of this place. You’re not gonna like what you find.

Staff was really nice after I revived a beagle that was not toasted enough for my liking. Took 5 sec. To get new one.

The food is the same as all the other Chick-fil-a restaurants which is good. The management at this location, Windy Hill Road was the rudest that I have ever encountered. Will never be back! I give 2 stars because the staff did their best and the food was served quickly but the management and how the owner dealt with our group was HORRIBLE!

In need of an overhaul! Where is the dual drive-thru, people outside taking orders, courteous service and the genuine willingness to serve others that is prevalent with CFA? I have been going to this store for the past 2 years, every Saturday, to pickup breakfast for our little family of six and have it waiting on our kids for when they wake. Today was different in that I had to work for a few hours at the office but I still wanted to stop by and pick up breakfast on my way home. At 10:10am the drive-thru line wrapped around the building, out of the parking lot, out the side street in front of McDonalds and backed up to Windward to the point that no one could use the turn lane at the light. This is a safety issue and needs to be addressed. The uncharacteristic part of my experience was sitting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and having the woman on the speaker interrupt me to say«we’re on lunch menu now» after she had asked what I wanted and I had begun placing my breakfast order. It had literally just clicked over to 10:30 yet she told me her manager had said to «stop serving breakfast». I asked if they had any breakfast left over and she said«I don’t want to go against my manager». I told her that I had been in the line for 20 minutes and this is a big issue for this store. Her response was she«didn’t want to get in trouble with her manager». Odd. I understand the cutoff rule but this should have been handled differently. The enormous amount of people in the drive-thru line DIDNOT pull in expecting lunch! I’m sure I was not the only disappointed visitor in that enormously unsafe line today. This location needs a makeover and this«manager» should spend a moment thinking about the delay his lack of planning causes before imposing hard set rules on the visitors. I will not be returning and will use different locations from now on.

This place has got to get a grip on their business. Geez, the last 4 times I visited for breakfast, it seems like the lines are out the door! THe problem is that nobody knows where the lines are because the cashiers keep walking away from their register. I really like Chic Fil A, but this location has to hire more and try to do better! Oh, by the way, never come here on Friday mornings for breakfast, kids are everywhere, not sure if they are even eating, just coming here to hang out before school and make things more chaotic than they already are!

Not as clean as other chic fil a’s. Could use someone to wipe booth seats as every one had greasy prints and the floor like like it had not been mopped in s week. Behind the counter the floor was really bad and I wish I hadn’t looked but did look nearly everywhere especially after seeing the rest of the place. I wanted a wet rag to clean chairs and booths and tables.

This is close to my work place, around the corner, 8 minutes away and my first time experience was terrible. I made an order for 2 in the morning before going to work. Order never came, people that order after me left with their food one after another until I had to ask about my order because no one assisted me in front while I wanted for about 15 minutes even though there was so much staff in front at the ordering desk, so much they can barely move freely. Before one of the female employee gave me my bag, she read my order wrong so I had to ask me again if that was my order. After I took the bag, I looked inside and saw only 1 chicken biscuit and a sausage biscuit, but I ordered full meals with tots. Told the same girl that it was missing. She«promised» it was in there. I gave her the bag back, because I checked it in front of her. She looked at me like I was lying. She snatched the bag to fix her mistakes. After FINALLY getting my proper order, I was so appalled by the service that’s when I left, I completely forgot my condiments. Didn’t start off my morning too well.

There are fast at getting my order both in the restaurant and in the drive-thru, which is great. Doesn’t matter the time of day they are always fast even when it’s lunch time, this is one of the best Chic-fil-a, I’ve eaten at.

Here I am writing a review about a fast food restaurant but when the customer service is this good you have to give them a shout out. And it’s Chick-fil-A so you know the food is going to be consistent but the definite Bright spot was the older gentleman who took my order. I think he was a manager because he was wearing a white shirt. He was just as nice and bright as he could be. He really stood out among Chick-fil-A’s already stellar customer service — and that’s got to be difficult to do. Really impressed me and I’ll be visiting this location again.

I have no idea how THISLOCATION has over one star. I live close to windward parkway and drive 20 minutes to North Point unless a time constraint *forces* me to stop at windward. First off– the staff is terrible and not friendly. I had a girl give me attitude after they gave me chicken minis WITHNOCHICKEN. Eye rolling — the whole 9 yards, and then she said«do you want chicken on the new ones?» Umm what?! And it has happened more than once. Unbelievable. While we’re on the topic– at any location you can ask for extra honey butter and they will put a little glaze on top. This location cannot grasp the concept and on multiple occasions I had to AGAIN go back inside with GLOBS of goopy disgusting mountains of butter… Not edible. Unreal. And they don’t apologize. They act inconvenienced. They even ignored me at the counter while I stood there one of MANY times I had to turn around, park and go inside to fix a drive thru order. So I’ve had so many TERRIBLE experiences here and today was the last straw when I got breakfast for a couple people(chicken minis) and when they opened the boxes they were regular nugget packs. You have to be kidding. Photos of each experience to be sent to HQ. This place needs new management or something. It really makes CFA look bad– personally will never go back here.

I used to go this CFA mainly because it was close to my office. The wait for the drive thru is ridiculous. If you ask for extra ketchup the drive through guy only will give you two. Very stingy on sauces. The main problem I had here was when I paid with a $ 20 bill and he gave me change back like I had given him a $ 10 instead. When I asked for the rest of the change he owed me, he said that I was wrong and only gave him a $ 10. I had just left the bank and all they had given me was 20’s so I know that I was correct. He ended up giving me the correct change back, but continually questioned me like I was trying to rob him and gave me many mean looks. Not good customer service at all, which CFA is generally great with. I now make the extra drive to a different location and since that location isn’t crowded in the drive through, it actually takes me less time. And the customer service at the other location is on par.

Drive Thru guy was NOT friendly ATALL. And had the nerve to be stingy with the condiments. Dude I just spent 10 dollars on a «value meal» and ice cream. If I want two Honey Roasted BBQ sauces GIVETHEMTOME! And save the attitude.

As a life-long supporter of CFA there are certain things that I’ve grown accustomed to being provided at every CFA I visit around the country – fast, friendly service, great tasting food, a smile, and«My Pleasure» being the standard response. I’ve lived away from the great state of Georgia for the last 4+ years so each time I get to visit a CFA it’s like being home for a brief moment in my day. In Boston I would drive an hour North just to get my fix and in NJ I drive about 30 minutes out of my way sometimes just for a CFA biscuit on my way to the office. All of the things I mentioned above are accomplished each and every time without fail. Unfortunately those expectations were not met today at this location. The cashier was less than friendly. I said«Thank You» at three points during the transaction and she never responded or even made eye contact. I noticed she had a bandage on her left hand so maybe she was just having a bad day. Forgivable. But one my food was put on the counter as I was getting napkins and a straw, she never attempted to let me know that my food was there(and she never got my name which also seemed odd) and didn’t even look to see that it was me taking is from the counter. It’s always more disappointing to receive poor service at a place you love(This is my fourth CFA since arriving back in GA five days ago) because it takes some of the shine off of that fondness. To end on a positive note, the food was excellent as always! Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.

I’m a northerner. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, and pretty much spending my entire life in the DC/Cleveland/Pittsburgh region, I haven’t really been part of the Chick-fil-A experience. There’s something strange that happens to Georgians when it comes to this life-affirming breakfast sandwich that I’ve been unable to decipher. I was running late. In the midst of some mind-numbing software shit that is driving me insane, I wanted to make sure that the people I was training were fully fed, thus prevent my have boss from having to hear complaints that I treated the trainees like dogs. I was 2 minutes from the start of training(thanks to a phone alarm that is incapable of waking me out of a stupor) and needed something to huddle the masses. Chick-fil-A was right in front of me. There were a good 90 cars in the drive thru lane, so I opted to go inside. The counter was empty and I ordered 12 chicken biscuits to suffice the herd that was invariably sucking the oxygen out of my conference room. It was then that I was presented with one of the most difficult questions I’ve ever had to answer. «Is this for here or to go?» Really? Have I let myself go enough for you to assume that my ass would sit in a corner and suck down 12 of these fuckers? I’d be lucky to eat one, much less a dozen of these butter-infused heart stoppers. Did you see a football team behind me? No? That’s right, I was alone and ordering 12 chicken biscuits. You know what? Yes, I’m going to sit at this counter and eat every one of these. You’re about 19 minutes away from me DESTROYING your bathroom. I hope you have cleaning supplies, because this is not going to be pretty for any of us. Ultimately, a great breakfast and the training went as planned. I’m offended and not hungry so I guess it all worked out.

I forgot my wallet and wasn’t able to pay at the moment. The lady at the drive-thru was so kind and said just come back. After having great service at the drive thru this morning. I returned about 5mins later with payment and walked into the dining room. The lady at the register didn’t know that I needed to pay. The lady at the register grabbed Chris the manager. Chris did not acknowledge me or make any eye contact. He gestured to the other drive-thru person to «take care of that» I have always had great experiences at Chick-fil-A. This is the first time I’ve experience someone not smiling and not being welcoming. The fact that it was a manager concerns me. What started out as a great service ended with a grumpy manager that wasn’t polite to me or his employees in the kitchen. Saying please and thank you to your staff means the world sometimes. I frequently dine at Chick-fil-A about three times a week.

I love chick fil a, eat it once a week, and I’m not afraid to admit it. Chick Fil A sauce is the bees knees and if you’ve never tried it you won’t believe what you’ve been missing this whole time. However, this must be said — the drive thru wait around weekdays 12−3pm is absurd. Obviously, there’s a huge concentration of businesses around here and that plays a part. They tried making it better by using employees with tablets taking orders twenty feet before the speakerbox we used to order at, and the process doesn’t speed things up very much. Don’t tell me it does — I’ve gone here long enough to know it doesn’t really do anything. Furthermore, when someone with a tablet takes your order, it pushes the line of cars further back into the intersection shared with walmart and McDonald’s, making it almost unsafe to wait in line while dozens of cars maneuver around you every minute. It’s literally chaos. I found out that it’s almost two or three times as fast to just go inside and order your food ‘to go’ instead of waiting at the drive thru. On other days, I’ve literally seen a line of 8+ cars at the drive thru and no one inside waiting in line, and employees just standing here. It’s ridiculous how much money this specific chick fil a probably makes and they haven’t made any upgrades to the drive thru. It’s constantly overloaded and the waits are ridiculous. The amount of employees manning the in house registers should be switched with just the few handling the drive thru.
