If it were not for the ant problem, electrical plates & wiring issues, counter top falling apart, bad insulation, residents are questionable considering first two months the police came every two weeks at night to my block and the «gym» is tiny with only cardio machines. I not fully satisfied with it even with the price but I might give it 3.5 to 4.0 stars if those problems were corrected.
