The only reason I’ve been to this subway is it was within a mile of where I live and it’s a convenience when I do not want to cook, and I can’t really say I even get that. I ALWAYS leave frustrated and regretting that I went. The people who work here, aside of one, literally force you to tell them the entire order prior to ordering, then forget what you ordered and try to wing it the entire rest of the way. I don’t have a complicated sandwich, its literally the pre-made chicken breast heated up, no toasting with tomatoes lettuce and a line of light mayo. How can that be screwed up? Well…The first sandwich she completely ignored what I asked for and toasted the sandwich, not once, but twice, to make the bread croûton like, I started getting frustrated so she suggested she starts from scratch, and again asked for my order. I said let me just guide you along the way. So she starts heating the new chicken up, grabs my bread and starts throwing stuff on, green, or rotting tomatoes, lettuce, and then puts a mustard on it… F***** Really??? I hate mustard, and I never ordered it. She goes, OHMYGOSH I’m so sorry, and tries to scrape it off with a spoon. At this point I was about to turn around and walk out of there before popping my lid, and someone who was in the back taking drive through orders dropped everything she was doing and came up to take my order, she heard it and remembered it from the back, heated chicken… tomatoes, lettuce, and a line of light mayo… THAT’S IT. How hard was that? To top it off the blonde girl making the original sandwich flared and rolled her eyes at me over and over as if its MY fault that she screwed up my sandwich. 13 people behind me in line waited and watched, and this took a good 14 mins to get done, not so convenient after all. The only reason I didn’t give a one was because of the girl who came to save the day. I suggest trying a different location.

It’s Subway, I don’t go here for good food, I go here for convenience and I could not even get that. Walked in to an empty store, 3 employees just hanging around the cash register talking and the manager. Another employee fiddling with the frozen bread. Stood there for a minute, no greeting, no acknowledgement. I left for the mom & pop sub shop down the road.

Everyone has gone to many subways so we all know what kind of standard they are. This location has horrible service. Most likely, when visiting, they will be talking to each other than focusing on their job. Came home around 11pm from a trip and went to the drive thru to have the server flip out on me because she already put things away.

I’m paying more attention to fast food restaurants lately, even the supposedly«healthy» ones, because of all the reports about artificially created foods, etc. I thought Subway was the last bastion of relatively healthy menus for one main reason – you could order fresh food the way you wanted it. But two recent visits convinced me that Subway was notsogood. Both times I ordered omelet sandwiches, with some green peppers and tomatoes added, toasted. Both times, when I opened the sandwiches a few moments after driving out of the order/pay driveway, the unfolded paper wrap revealed a soggy mess that you could not even pick up without having it fall apart. The last time I took the time to park and walk into the restaurant, showing the manager the un-eatable meal. She said there was a problem with heating up sandwiches and keeping them from getting soggy, especially the egg products(which I have read are not just pure eggs but a liquid product added – not only in Subway but McDonalds and other businesses). I asked why they sold them if they knew they were going to be inedible, and the manager sighed and offered another sandwich of my choice, plus cookies, on the house. Was losing my appetite at that point, but nibbled on a cookie and spit it out in a napkin that smelled like bleach(just an aside; they seem to be cutting corners). The cookies tasted like perfume(swear it’s true; very strange taste) and they were also super soggy. It seemed to me that quality control was down and that Subway needed to pay more attention to providing an edible menu. I don’t see many cars at this one when I’m in this shopping center, though they may do better than I’m assuming. If the Subway Mother Ship starts paying more attention to customer satisfaction, it will certainly help.

Okay so, in terms of food, this Subway is pretty on par. Same as every single Subway ever. No surprises there. As far as customer service… I’m not sure the employees there actually know what customer service is. I go in there, right? All I want is a tuna foot-long. You should be able to handle that, right? I mean, you work at Subway. Anyway, I go in there, and the girl says«I’ll be right with you.» Okay, that’s fine. As long as you ARE right with me, not with me after five minutes. Anyway I finally get my order in, and the girl starts making my sandwich. As she is doing this, this other guy, whose role is presumably to add the vegetables and such to my sandwich, is waiting there. But instead of waiting patiently, he’s standing there impatiently clicking his tongue. This in turn distracts the girl who is supposed to be crafting my sandwich. Now she starts giggling and and she says to him, «Do you think people in other restaurants are as unprofessional as we are?» Well let’s see here. If you’re actually contemplating that, the answer is probably NO! Most people in other restaurants come in and do their jobs! Rest assured, you’re really high up there on the unprofessionalism ladder. And on top of all of that, they forgot my banana peppers! I need them to balance out the jalapeño! I don’t know about you, but the neglect of the banana peppers seals the 2-stars deal for me.

For Subway’s, this one is quite wonderful. It’s clean inside and it is also open 24-hours. I haven’t gone here past midnight. My experiences here of late have all been good here. Every time I have gone here, I’ve had a different person make my sandwich and they’ve all been pleasant. I am glad that there is a place open late that offers a healthier option than the ‘healthy’ option offered on most fast food menus.

A whole lotta panties in a wad over this location — what gives?! I’ll chalk it up to most of the reviews being pretty old. I visit this location pretty frequently since moving nearby last year and have never been disappointed. I chat it up with the staff when I’m in — some of them have concocted some pretty cool custom sandwiches and will share their recipes with customers if asked. They’ve got a pretty large dining room on the other side of the restaurant, and it always seems clean. I love that I can get a healthy, filling lunch for a good price. Oh — and different locations will offer different promos, just a heads up. I’d been cheating on this location with the one by my work, and went into this one expecting a certain deal. When I mentioned it at the register, they told me about the different locations/different promos thing, but still honored it for me that once because they didn’t want to lose me as a customer(but let me know they couldn’t honor it again). Staff were so sweet. Very impressed!

East fresh, but you’ll have to listen to young, very bitchy all –female employees talk way too much about work politics. Their mind is nowhere near providing great customer service or food. They just slap together a sandwich and ask you«if you’d like to add chips and a drink to make it a meal.» This store may be ope. 24×7, but everyone there is permanently«out to lunch.»

I don’t normally eat at Subway but I had concrete contractors here and wanted to buy them lunch(and decided to get something for hubby and myself as well). I have eaten at a Subway maybe 5 times in my life, ordering is way too complicated and my favorite sub shop is less than a mile away, ok for me but I am not spending that kind of money on Contractors I already spending enough on them! Anyhoo I order 4 of the 5 dollar footlongs for them(which they ate with no complaint), I ordered the current special for me, I ordered the Orchard Chicken Salad which supposedly had apples and celery. The first few bites were ok, then I wondered where was the apple and celery no crunch at all. I opened the sandwich and the apple and celery pieces were total mush, the entire thing was mush. I could not finish it, bleh. My husbands sandwich which was some sort of an Italian combo sucked as well. The bread to meat ratio is ridiculous as in very little meat compared to bread. I just don’t like it and cannot imagine eating there again.

Myself, like any normal American, loves me some Subway. However, this subway in particular would not be the best choice(just drive down the street and you’ll find another one… they’re like Starbucks). One dark and stormy night, I had the hankerin’ for my normal sandwich. For some odd reason I didn’t use the 24-hour drive-thru, I guess in a way I’m glad I didn’t(or am I?). The girl who was making my sandwich had a snarl on her face when she asked me what I wanted, not good. I gave her my choice of bread and meat(chicken breast on Italian herb and cheese, in case you were curious) and she asked me if I wanted my chicken heated up. I told her yes, and she slapped my chicken breast(giggle) down on the table without putting it in a tissue, then picks it back up grabs a tissue and puts it in the microwave. Uh, health hazard much?! She asks me what type of cheese I want, and as I give her my choice, she places it on the bread– then realizes she put it on the wrong way(like I care which way the cheese is facing) so she takes it off the bread and slapped it down on the table with NOTISSUE then proceeds to pick it back up off the table and put it on my sandwich. Okay, really?! That is disgusting. I wish I could tell you that is the only time that happened, but it happened another time after that! I know what you’re thinking, I’m crazy for going back there after that, but I figured– There’s no way more than one person would do that! Apparently I was wrong! I have gone through the drive-thru before and they usually miss one or two things off my order– which is also not good. Only reason I ever go here is because it is hella convenient, but if you can make it to a different subway I’d say do it. Your health and gag-reflex will thank you.

This subway rocks for having a 24hr drive thru. I’ve been here twice and haven’t had any issues with my orders.

I enjoy Subway and have visited this location many times over the past few years(mostly using their drive-through window). I’ve often been frustrated with their drive-through window because about half the time, I don’t get the things I ask for on my sandwich. Often, when I ordered a bag of chips with my food, I’d tell them what kind of chips I want, but they still almost always used to say, «Okay, what kind of chips do you want?» I went to their drive-through today and ordered a meatball sub with American cheese, onions, and green pepper. What I got was a meatball sub with onions, cucumber, and no cheese. I’m not sure how they messed that up. Also, they have stopped selling my favorite Doritos flavor(Ranch). This was the only Subway restaurant I knew of that sold that flavor. They also don’t have Swiss cheese, but not many Subway stores have that either. I think it would be nice if they carried these items. One thing that is unique about this location is that they are open 24 hours. They also serve their breakfast sandwiches all day.

DONOTEATHERE! I REPEAT, DONOTEATHERE! So, Subway has this nationwide promotion which gets you any sub for $ 5. I’ll tell you what. Subway can take that $ 5 sub and shove it where the sun don’t shine! I used to love Subway because it was clean, fast, convenient, and cheap, especially at $ 5. Now I can’t speak for every Subway because they are a franchise, but I can warn you to stay away from the one on Farmington. It was last Tuesday and I was heading home from the gym after a grueling leg workout when I decided to see if they were open. It was 10:30pm so I really didn’t think they would be but to my suprise, they were. I ordered the prime rib sub and got pretty much all the veggies and fixings. I pay the guy and I head home to get my grub on. After devouring the entire footlong(that’s what she said) in about 8 bites, I take a shower. About 10 minutes later my stomach starts cramping and I’m feeling nauseaous. Then a few minutes later, nature calls and I run to release dinner from the other end, if you know what I’m saying. That happens twice and I’m feeling much better. About 30 minutes pass and I run to the can to throw up. This happens 3 times in a row and now I’m getting the chills. Throughout the night I have the runs and I won’t go into detail, but let’s just say I had major food poisoning which lasted 2.5 days. I ended up losing 9 pounds in that period, and went through flu-like symptoms and dehydration. I was basically out of commission for 4 days because my body had to recover. Now many of you may say that it could’ve been anything I ate, but I hadn’t eaten anything 7 hours prior to the sandwhich so I know it was the culprit. I’m assuming it was either old meat, or old mayo. It was to the point that I almost went to the hospital to get fluids IV’d back into me. Luckily for me, this was the second time I got food poisoning so I knew how to handle the situation. From that first night on, I was drinking enormous amounts of water and vitamin water just to keep myself hydrated. It was coming right out the other end, but imagine had I not drank all those fluids. This is just a warning to those of you who may eventually end up at this Farmington branch. As for myself, I’m totally turned off to Subway now. It’s unfortunate, but I get naseaous just thinking about the place.
