My window tinting appt. was at 5:30 pm
I had to wait 1.5 hours before the tinting tech. decided to show up to do my windows and Remote Magic emailed me and had to cancel my very first appt! Didn’t leave a very good first impression but
the technician did do a good job on my windows

Jeff did a great job on my remote start system! He was very knowledgeable & eased my concerns about warranty issues. Thank you for all of your hard work Jeff, you went above & beyond which I really appreciate! And thank you so much for the wash, the car definitely needed it :)

Jeff installed remote start in my car, and I love it!
Only tip– check your car over and be sure the system is the way you want it– Jeff called when he finished my car, but hadn’t tested it by the time I got there. he had to change the settings on the system, and wasn’t completely sure it was running right… and then I later discovered on the freeway that the hood on my car hadn’t been shut all the way. I don’t know if it’s carelessness or disorganization– I am happy with the remote start, and bottom line, it is installed and I caught the hood issue before it flipped up on me…

Visited Jeff today at his new Aloha location, and all I can say is, «I’m impressed!» He installed a 5– panel Wink mirror, which is not part of his usual offerings. It went on without a hitch, and I am happy to be back on the road and able to see without any blind spots. Thanks again, Jeff!
