The Pharmacy is excellent. Never have had any issues or complaints with them since I have moved to Alma.
The cashiers at the front of the store on the other hand… YIKES!!! They are a tad bit too friendly and ask a lot of personal questions. I understand this can be good business, but it rubs me the wrong way. I tend to avoid making any other purchases in the store besides the pharmacy, just so I can avoid the 20 questions game the cashiers in at the front like to play.
