My boyfriend and I recently went through the renting process with Jonathan and it went smoothly. I had experienced some really pushy realtors in the past and was hesitant to use a new one again this year but he was great and even recommended an apartment for us after we had viewed a few we weren’t interested! I highly recommend using this company they were great!

This place is awesome! Jonathan has been a huge help in assisting us with finding our last 2 apartments and has been very accommodating every step of the way. He has great knowledge of the industry and neighborhoods and was happy to answer all our questions as renters. He is everything you could ask for in a realtor. Jonathan was referred to me by a friend who knew I was stressing about starting up my apartment search. Even though we were starting our search very early, he was incredibly responsive from day 1, and worked hard to accommodate not only our budget and apartment requirements, but also our tight schedule. He showed us a number of apartments that we liked, and one we fell in love with. The process was seamless, and I would recommend working with Jonathan in a heartbeat!

Jonathan helped us find a two-​bedroom in Brookline. He was professional, answered all of our questions, and was nice enough to drop us off home. After we told him our criteria he didn’t waste time trying to oversell or show us shoe boxes. Once we found a place we loved he and Brian efficiently worked with us and the landlord to quickly get the lease approved. Great experience, would definitely recommend L&M.

Is there a way to give more than 5 stars? If so Leopold & McMasters deserves it.
I worked with Brian on buying my first home, a foreclosed 3 family in Dorchester. A lot of agents would have called me crazy or run away at the first sight of the amount of hurdles and paperwork. Not Brian. He walked me through everything I needed to know and what to watch for. He even consulted with another agent in the office who has worked on identical projects to mine. He confidently represented me through multiple dealings with the banks and with the other agent.
I was able to close on my house because of Brian’s patience and professional demeanor. When you need someone in your corner for real estate, I would highly recommend Leopold & McMasters for first time home buyers!
