Got a pizza with no cheese and no sauce and pepperoni all over it. See pictures section…

I always order from domino’s and they have been great until today. I ordered 40 wings(habanero sauce) online as I had guests over and when the delivery driver got to my house, everything was OK. Even gave the delivery driver a $ 5 tip and they are very close to my house. When we opened the box, we noticed it was hot wings(buffalo) and the one I had ordered(mango habanero) didn’t come. I called the store telling them of the dilemma that had occurred and the woman had assured me that it must of been the system and that they were going to send the right one. But for me not to eat the hot wings as I would need to return it to the driver. Fine by me! I find the buffalo too hot anyways! Then… When the next driver came(different from the first delivery driver) he came with allot of attitude and stated that it was my fault that I ordered online and that the order came wrong(when I had selected the mango habanero) and that he was going charge twice to the card and that we should never order from domino’s again!!! Whaaaat?! How dare he say this! Bad customer service I say! He came with allot of attitude… I then called them back and stated what had happened! I spoke with the manager and all he said was that he was sorry and that he was going to talk to him. I’m sorry, but dominos is a big franchise company! Just to say that? Maybe I was expecting more, but For them to have someone work like this and represent them in this way, they will quickly lose their jobs with this nasty attitude. Very disappointed!

Went there on a Saturday night to do carry out. The girl at the counter said they don’t do carry out but then ordering for delivery was fine. I ended up placing an order from my phone for delivery from inside there and that worked for them. Don’t really understand why you would rather waste your delivery person a trip when the customer is right there. Of course the tip and delivery charge makes a difference, which probably is why she was so adamant about no carry out but only delivery. Simply inefficient and waste of resources. Never had an issue at other places like this before. Better food options if you want to do carry out in the area.

Ordered to this location for the first time today. I took advantage of their 50% online deal on any pizza. Food came on time, no issues. Delivery guy(Aydin) was super polite and friendly. Not sure where all the low ratings are coming from, but wanted to let people know that I had a pretty good experience.

It is one of the best Domino’s Pizza in Boston area. They deliver my orders always on time.

I’m pretty sure this is the one that delivers to BU West Campus. Obviously the food is greasy, delicious typical Americanized pizza and such, but the delivery time is terrible. My friend and I waited 1.5 hours for a small pizza. It was a good pizza, but it was cold by the time it got to us. Also, it’s not that healthy.

I had a BU coupon for a free medium 2-topping pizza and ordered a regular crust pizza with green peppers and onions. I had no issue at all using the coupon and the pizza was ready in under 15 minutes. 5⁄5 for service! The pizza itself was pretty good but already cold – I’m surprised they don’t have a warming rack or drawer in the store. It looked like the employee pulled it off of a generic storage rack. The peppers and onions were both somewhat crisp, though a bit sparse on the pizza. The highlight of dominos pizza is the crust – it really tastes like garlic breadsticks. Amazing!

Lousy customer service, often over an hour to two hours, frequently over cooking and under cooking

This Domino’s has terrible customer service. We ordered two hours ago, called about half an hour ago to see where our pizza was, and were told they would contact the delivery driver(the pizza tracker still says our pizza hasn’t left and we were given no explanation). We just called back and, after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, were hung up on. We’ve been to this Domino’s many times and have put up with cold, delayed pizza because we can pay with my BU dining points. But they simply don’t deserve the business after this annoying incident.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a pizza place. You would think because it’s a chain and they have nifty online ordering, what could go wrong, right? Almost everything. Let’s just say– if you plan on ordering after 1am(this place is «open» until 3am), don’t expect the get your order in less than a couple of hours. If you get it at all. And if it’s 2am and every other restaurant in the area is closed and you HAVE to order from here, make sure you use your credit card so you can dispute the charge when your order is never delivered. I had an order that was never delivered. I called the next day because when I called that night, I got a recording the store was closed. I called on a Sunday morning and the employee on the phone told me she wasn’t authorized to grant me a refund, and I would have to speak to the manager. I asked her when the manager was in and she paused and told me she would have to check the schedule. After about a minute of her clearly not doing anything but standing still and breathing into the phone, she told me the manager would be in Wednesday night. What kind of manager works half the week? I do not believe that at all. Shady place they’re running over there. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Negative, even, because that experience wasn’t even the first time they failed to deliver my order, and I live about two blocks away. It’s a shame the company allows this particular store to be run so carelessly.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Potentially the worst Dominos pizza outlet that ever existed. Pathetic customer service and delivery took over 3 hours.

This absolutely the worst dominos in the entire world. I waited 2.5 hours for my food. I FINALLY received my pizza at 10:30 pm. I tried calling the store to cancel my order or ask where the crap it was and the line was either busy or the automated line lasted for 20 mins before cutting me off. The only reason why I wouldn’t just give this 0 stars is because a) Unilocal won’t let me and b) the driver gave me my meal for free bc he probably thought I was going to eat him. I did tip him though, nice guy.

The absolute worst Domino’s in the world. Five times in a row I ordered hot wings that came with no hot sauce. Just plain old dry wings. Five times. Another five times in a row I ordered buffalo chicken pizza that came with no buffalo sauce. Just cheese and chicken. Five times. One time I waited over two hours for delivery… called at the hour mark, «the driver will be there shortly.» Called again at just over two hours, «there was no answer so the driver came back and your order has been cancelled.» I NEVERGOT A CALL! And the driver easily could’ve rang the buzzer, or just knocked on the door as my building has a security guard RIGHTTHERE. Spent 15 minutes on the phone arguing with the lady who wanted me to not only pay for that order, but also pay for a new order to be delivered to me. Yea, okay lady. Finally got my pizza at no extra charge, 4 hours later. Their pizza makers suck. Their managers suck. Their drivers suck. Everything about this store sucks. Pat Doyle, you need to do something about this.

Ordered food at 3:30 pm today. Waited until 5:30 to call. I understand it’s busy, so waited until just now…7:30 pm. 4HOURSAFTERORDERING!!! And then they told me the order was cancelled some time in between my calls to them. Thanks for keeping me hungry for 4 hours without the common courtesy to even let me know I’ve been waiting for an order you cancelled who knows when.

The absolute worst… If you order, don’t expect it to be delivered. I recommend that you contact your credit card company and cancel charges and urge they stop taking your card(visa, MasterCard, amex, discover, etc). 15 – 20 minute delivery estimate that takes over 2 hours and counting… The worst domino in the United States no doubt about it… If pizza ever does arrive can only imagine how bad it will be… Do yourself a favor and never even consider this place

Horrible Service, The event: BD party for 20 hungry kids. First time i am listening to my hubby who is saying–«this time you will not cook and we will order pizza» We placed an order, we payed in advance and we called again 2 hours before the event to make sure the pizza will be delivered to the iceskating rink which is about 3 minutes drive from the pizza branch. Time arrived AND –No pizza. No show, and when we called half an our into the BD– the store guy told us: «the driver decided to cancel the reservation»… REALLY ??? Without any plan B– we immediately ordered the same and found out that now it wil cost us twice, because they are now willing to accept any online discount.!! We complained to the store owner — and got no replay. Only a complain to Domino’s customer service ended up with someone from the branch contacting us and offering a $ 10 in our NEXT order. Are you serious? They JUSTDECIDED to cancel our order and we ended up ordering directly from the branch and the cost was double. We have no dough in our mind that this is a systemic way that this branch is working… they just cancel the orders online and you end up paying more. double more. When the owner of the store do not care about what is going on in the branch, I WOULDSAYSKIPTHEPLACEALLTOGETHER !!!

I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews on here. Automatic 2 stars for the online ordering with step-by-step order tracking. It’s always tough to review a chain since a lot of the good things happening are coming from the top down. I’ve only dealt with delivery here, and ALWAYS order online so I never have to interact with people. My food arrives ontime and tastes exactly how I expect it to taste. As a chain, Domino’s has done, in my opinion, a solid job managing quality control and making the ordering experience positive for the consumer. You know what it is going to taste like, so the main variance here is customer service, which has been solid in my experience. Don’t forget to thank the people preparing your food using the online tracking system, and always tip the driver. Done.

1÷11÷14 marked the last time I ever order from a Domino’s. For the third straight time my pizza was cooked incorrectly. Only 3 of the 8 slices in my medium pie contained pizza sauce. Isn’t this where the Domino’s staple«Quality Control» check comes into play? Ha. The online ordering system isn’t as intuitive as it should be, and the app isn’t much better. It so much easier & faster to order online, or(for me) just drive to Domino’s. The door was swung open on a brisk winter day because the circulation was so poor inside the restaurant(or whatever you want to call it). And the employee who took my order was a disrespectful moron. Advice to Senior Management: #1– Customer service is starting to revert back to previous levels of mediocrity. #2– Garlic powder is no cure for bad pizza.
