Microapex Computer Systems

I went here after reading the other review. I have been thru 1 so so place and one really really bad place. So i was very leery. So far everything seems really good and he did pretty much what i asked aside from a few things. But this is the first time my dell desktop is running well. I am happy. He took off trend micro which was just awful and installed their product. So i we will be going back. Thanks Dan!

There aren’t many pc repair businesses in the Lehigh Valley. So, if you need a reliable choice, make it Microapex and here is why.
First, they have 2 locations. This one on Business Ln and another @ 1801 Union Blvd (this one is close Mon/​Tues).
Second, they will make an attempt to quickly fix issues without cost to you. Now, I can’t say this for every issue. However on both occasions where we have used them they made an effort to honestly save us the cost of a repair with a simple fix.
Third, they are reasonably price out their work. We came from a major metro area (Las Vegas) where the cost of computer repairs are significantly higher for similar work.
Fourth, they have good complaint resolution. The second time we used them for a repair there were serious questions we had multiple aspects of the repair. Nott only did both locations willingly offer to solve them. They put the puter at the top of the repair que and we had the computer back the next day @ 100% and updated.
Now, you may wonder why we didn’t give them 5 stars. Well, there is room for improvement and growth.
However know this we would have no trouble at all sending your computers in for repair/upgrade…errr mean send OUR computers back for repair/​upgrade
Don’t even think about using the Geek Squad here in the Valley when we have a place like this.
