It’s been nothing but a positive experience with Enter.Net. My website has always been up, with no downtime. Whenever I call support, Ash is a pleasure to speak with. He is always able to answer and resolve my questions.

Awful. I spent thousands of dollars with this outfit and didnt get the service I wanted so I quit them(I thought). A month later, upon expiration of my contract, they automatically renewed and charged my credit card. I called and even though the renewal was still a week off, they refused to undo the charge. I had already engaged another provider. I had to go to the PA Consumer Protection agency to undo this, and in conjunction with the credit card company and complaints to the BBB, they finally relented and gave me back the money they charged for the service I didnt want and wasnt using. Stay away from these people

If you like being stalked, then is the company for you! I called to inquire about their services to update our website to align with the recent changes Google+ made to their SEO. They requested that I come in for an appointment. I advised them that I was just trying to gather information at this point. They asked if I was near my computer and then asked me to log into their Power Point presentation. I, kindly, sat through their presentation which had very little to do with what I was inquiring about. I thanked them for their time and advised them that, they are not what I am looking for. They refused to take NO for an answer. They quickly jumped into discussing pricing to do the basic SEO updates. Their fee started at $ 3,000 and as I continued to decline and end the call, they finally got down to a drop dead price of $ 595 and asked if that would be an agreeable figure to do the job. For the last time, I said, thank you, but, no thank you. A few days later, I’m sitting in my home office, when I see an unknown vehicle lurking out front. Next thing my phone rings and the caller advises me that he is from and is a few minutes away from my home and would like to stop in to discuss their services. A previous reviewer referred to them as a «dirty car salesman». I couldn’t agree more.

Don’t Even Think about using this company. I set in there office and decided to use this company. I actually had my doubts because I felt like I had to take a shower after I left since they are like dirty car salesmen. There design product is good, however once you sign with them, all they try to do is sell you and sell you. They call you constantly. I have gotten in arguments with them and actually told them stop calling me, but that didn’t work. The worst part about this is they actually automatically renewed my contract. I am in the service business, and I would never renew someones contract knowing that they were not happy with my service. But that is for you, lowly, dirty used cars sales people.

I just got a call from this place, presumably to rope me into buying an SEO package from them. This was the conversation: The following phone call just occurred: Salesperson: hi, Google is making some BIGCHANGES! If you’re a devoted webmaster, you need to come into our office in Allentown to find out WHATTHEYARE! Your company is not showing up in searches which is making you LOSEBUSINESS! Me: ummm. Right. What BIGCHANGES is Google making? Salesperson: well wouldn’t you like to know? If you come to our office this week, we’ll give you 2 iron pigs tix and a $ 25 restaurant gift card! And we’ll tell you about… THEBIGCHANGES! Me: that’s great and everything, but I’m an educated web designer, so… what are the BIGCHANGES Google is making? Salesperson(angry): well, I can’t really say. I don’t know about computers, I’m just supposed to get people into the office. Me: I need to go. SEO firms like this are the biggest hassle for a web professional… Don’t try to call a businessperson and bribe them to come in for a sales pitch. It’s tacky and insulting, to be frank. And using some sort of vague, minor scare tactic is even worse. Please grow up, .
