I love chili dogs and am always looking for a good one. The wife had eaten here before I had never heard of them so off we went to try it. I had the chili dog and the chili cheeseburger. The chili is good makes both the dog and burger good. I will eat here again.

The chili dogs with the pretzel bun were so good. Everyone was extremely nice. And the prices are really cheap. I’ll definitely go back.

Maybe this is a regional thing like Skyline Chili from Ohio but this was AWFUL. The«chili» is not Texan or Tex-Mex or even as good as the canned stuff. The hotdogs are very low quality and it has a piece of cheese food product that should come in a plastic wrapper. The ice cream was so gross that my kid threw it out. This is not the fast and dirty chili dogs that you get at DQ or Sonic. Again, maybe it’s a regional thing? If you grew up calling them«corny dogs» instead of «corn dogs» this place may break your heart.

I don’t usually give 5 stars unless its memorable. While other places like Sonic and Pinks, this taste is actually great. The flavor of the meat is quality anf it’s refreshing to be at a place that will do what you request. I’m from Chicago so I like my polishes deep fried. They did it! The fries seasoned well. I got the junk yard dog. Hubby got Chicago’s. .mine was better. Next time I’ll not get the fries I got

The food isn’t bad at all. However, this particular location does not have very good customer service at the drive thru window. There is one particular gentlemen who works in the afternoons who always have this look on his face like you are the last person he wants to see much less serve. It makes me uncomfortable so I won’t be going back to this location. It’s a shame because their chili cheese fries are awesome!

My daughter was so excited to find a Wienerschnitzel. They are every where in California. Love the hotdogs and fries. Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is a little on the small side though. Not many booths to eat at.

One of the most sad parts about leaving California was my wienerschnitzel that was right down the street. I loved their chili cheese fries and cherry lemonade and after moving to Texas I never thought I’d see it again(till I moved back). When searching on Unilocal I came across there was a location near by and instantly drove over. Tasted just like home. :) Pros: fun place to have a chili cheese corn dog and try new things with affordable price. Con: it can be too greasy sometimes but hey still less greasy than most other fast food chains.

Well it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t excellent. I was really craving a good hot dog. So I figured a place that pretty much only sells hot dogs would be awesome. I had a chili dog and a regular with pretzel bun. It wasn’t spectacular by any means. I really expected a whole lot more. The customer service was ok nothing to brag about. The facility was kinda dirty, I had to wipe off my own table. I know it’s fast good but it could be soo much better.

Kind of expensive for the food that you get. In the Summer eating there sucks because the seating area is small and their air conditioner is broke? Staff was friendly. This food is ok.

Amazing chili dogs. I drive thru at night and grab a sack of chili dogs. The team working here is great, even late night before closing the food is hot and fresh. It appears to be a family business and you can tell. Great job. Great food. Keep it up.

Terrible experience here. Was craving a hot dog so I drove a bit further than I normally would for fast food. I get in and there are two people in the kitchen. One is mixing shakes for a group of people and the other is standing there doing nothing. Neither acknowledged my presence, took my order or even spoke to me. I waited for two minutes and then I left. Can not comment on the quality of the food since I was unable to get any.

A good twist to normal fast food. The pretzle buns are great but don’t expect to be wowed with everything.

Not all of their hot dogs are all-beef and so if that’s something you’re concerned about you definitely need to ask. Personally, I like(not love) their food and when I’m looking to eat badly I don’t mind a corn dog or a chili dog or even a regular dog from here! They do taste a little different than other hot dogs and I can’t explain it as anything else except that it’s a Weinerschniztel dog! If you’re ordering for a lot of people you’ll save a bundle by buying one of their family packs, just FYI!

Some things in life are just those little pleasures that can only be had at one place. Such is the case with the chili cheese dog at Weinerschnitzel. I get mine with mustard, original dog, original bun(none of that fru-fru stuff). When you unwrap that crinkly paper, a lovely schmear of chili, cheese and mustard is there on the paper, leading you to the promised land. But first, make sure you clean off that paper with your tongue, channeling your inner canine. Only then can you advance to the bonus round, that little missile of joy, with it’s tender bun, drenched with chili, cheese and mustard, and that long nugget of American wiener goodness running down the center. And then, all too soon, it’s gone. Down the hatch. The clean and now empty paper looks so sad and lonesome, but it’s time has passed. Grieve a little if you must, but not too long, because… there’s another one in that sack! Right? You did order(at least) two, right? It’s not too late to drive back around to the window…
