I do really like this store. They have great selection. During the holidays do not expect much help. No one knows anything holiday workers put little to no effort into their jobs. Beside that they are a great store and lots of help. They will put things together and help you out to your car. I registered there when I was pregnant and when I was giant they would have someone help me to the car and loss up whatever I bought that day lol. Now my son is 4 but they still help me of u have a large box. They are very helpful if you ask for help.
I did want a game and they never had it. They were very unhelpful on the phone. I was on the phone with them and I got a faster response from in and asking someone. I was still on hold on the phone but I think that is holiday workers. All in all great store holiday workers suck.

I went in to return some items. I got a gift card from the front desk. And I managed to lose it within 30 mins): I spoke to the manager, I believe. His name was Alex. Greatest customer service I have ever received. He helped me cancel that gift card and had me on my way home with my purchases. Very professional and very helpful ! I will be coming back to shop here

I am a collector of action figures from horror movies like aliens and gremlins. I love that this place is right by my apartment I go in all the time I think they know me by now lol. It is always clean and the staff has always been nice to me. There was only one time a male employee followed me and my husband around like he thought we were stealing witch did make me mad and I felt profiles. I think two adults can shop for toys waring heavy metal shirts. :) I also have two step kids and I go in there with out them (so I get out spending less!) and I buy monster high dolls for them. They have great selection of monster high dolls. Again I love this store it is nice and clean and everyone is very helpful.

The best selection of the Toys R Us locations I have been to in Far North Dallas. Mall parking and traffic can be a disaster, so we often come during non-​peak times.

We go here several times a year and it’s nice that they have a lot different toys than super center stores do. What I don’t like is the tiered pricing and specials. For instance, I wanted to go in-​store to buy the Star Wars Legos that were buy one, get one for half off. You can online take advantage of that offer online but not in the store but it didn’t make that clear. Otherwise the store is usually clean, thought the ladies room and nursing room could use some painting and update– it looks 25 years old instead of 3. I am a Rewards member but I don’t like that you only have a couple of weeks to use them. Overall a good place, but shop around unless it’s an item or design exclusive to them.

Great selection of BIKES priced to sell! I only had to wait 24hrs to get a bike assembled for my daughter and she loves it! Way to go Toys R US!

This is one of the nicest Toys R Us stores I’ve been in. It’s always clean and the service is great. The employees are helpful and most of them seem to like their jobs. The selection of toys is insane, even compared to when I was a kid! They have it separated into sections so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.
Making returns is not a hassle as it is with other stores. You don’t even need a receipt as long as you used a credit card!
Also, for convenience their is also a Babies R Us attached.
