This place was busy when I got there– 6 on a Thursday evening– but there were 6 people working so i thought it wouldn’t be too bad of a wait. The other reviews are right, although I realize the importance in taking care of the regulars, I wish they would’ve told me that it would be a 30 minute wait. Strange that they have so many regulars but no reviews from them.
The mani/​pedi was alright– a little rough but they were busy so everyone was trying to be quick. Lots of color choices, beautiful store, comfy massage chairs, clean and liners are used. I was disappointed that it was just plain water in the tub without suds or anything. The nail techs were all very nice and working very hard.

Worst nail spa experience ever! They rushed really fast to start working on some regulars that came in shortly after us, made us feel not important. The white wine was hot, should’ve been cold and we had to ask for it ourselves! The guy doing my nails, cut my pinky and it looked bloody and dirty and he wouldn’t clean it all off properly. The foot massage was 2 min. Not 10 min like it says in brochure. The pedicure was mediocre, nails not filed down to same size, and shellac mani was done poorly. Will never go back!!!

The worst nail spa experience in my life!!! seemed like their regulars were more important than new clients. awful job.
