I’m not a big chocolate lover, but I stop in to get my dogs some of their chocolate covered dog bones whenever we see one. Usually the one we go to in San Antonio, we just grab stuff and go as they are not very friendly and can be downright rude. The owner was in this location and it was just a wonderful experience. He was literally one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. You can tell he really cates about his customers and making sure you get what you like. He even gave us samples, a free item and a discount, which he didn’t have to do. I wish he was in charge of the store close to us. Will definitely be back when we’re in town.

Expensive. But good customer service and good selections. The butterfinger caramel apple knocks my socks off

If you’re searching for friendly customer service this is not the location for you. I had to greet them after being in the store for 3 minutes and that received an attitude. The employee asked me, «what do you want?» No hi, how are you, NOTHING. WHOISTHEMANAGERHERE?

For a chocolate factory, this place sure staffs some of the saltiest people. The chocolates themselves are all right, I tried the chocolate covered cherries(both milk and white chocolate). Nothing to tweet about. I am willing to give them another try but it would be nice if the staff was a little more helpful than hardcore eye rolling when asked a simple question.
