Reebok Factory Direct Store

This place has good work out clothes for a good price. The clothes I got were 25% off. From the moment you walk in they keep asking you if your doing good. its kind of annoying because they ask me every five minutes.

Poor poor service. I bought a pair of Reeboks a couple weeks ago and the soles are separating from the shoe. I brought them back to exchange them and they refused.

This Reebok outlet has given me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. My fiancé and I shop here frequently, and at times, there will be really great sales displayed. The challenge is maybe the shoe racks say «Shoes 60% off» but doesn’t have a disclaimer that these are only shoes with orange tags, so there have been many times we’d get excited about a deal only to find it doesn’t apply. But this is where it gets good…
Chase, a sales person, went way out of his way to find us similar items we were looking for so that the deals applied. For example, for me, I wanted a pair of Nano 2.0’s for women, but the sale didn’t apply even though they were in the rack with 60% off! Chase found me Nano 2.0’s in mens, in my size where the deal did apply. It was one of just a handful left. He also helped my fiancé with a pair that he happened to find. He even told us about shoes they carried designed for mudruns, something we didn’t realize we needed but we absolutely did! We have 3 mudruns coming up and I am not about to destroy my Nano’s!
Troy, one of the store managers, rang us up, and also went above and beyond with his customer service. He helped us saved money on the multiple items we were purchasing, and was willing to help us find a couple additional items their location didn’t carry.
We spent about an hour in the store overall and it was some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. These guys deserve some credit! Will write reebok corporate about this experience as well.

This place is cool! There’s tons of shoes on sale. The staff is friendly, get there early to avoid alot of traffic. This place is very organzied but there is stuff everywhere. So not a lot of room to move around.
