i’m going to give this place a chance to get off the ground before i start being too harsh. i give 5 stars for the customer service and convenience of driving thru. (it’s ONLY a drive thru).
i usually stop here in the mornings on my way to the office. i would say that the staff isn’t very knowledgable about the world of lattes and capps, but the customer service does make up for this shortcoming.
i think they have a tendency to over-​steam the milk for lattes and the espresso just isn’t bold enough for my taste.
i have yet to get a well-​balanced latte from this place, but i coach them every morning on how to make my latte with hopes that they can take a few pointers.
