ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the manager of the store!!! I had the worst
shopping experience at this location. The manager was rude, pretentious, and super condescending!!! If you experience this, please call Michael Kors customer service and speak to an operator and let them know how bad the service is here. Don’t go to this location, but if you do, make sure you keep the manager and employees on their toes and demand the customer service you deserve. I would give zero stars if I could.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I will not be returning to this store. Very unpleasant shopping experience, and the manager seems racist.

This Michael Kors store located in Allen outlet mall is the absolute WORST Michael Kors you could go to. They do not greet you and they lack customer service!!! Workers do not have knowledge about the products and they’re not even helpful. The manager and the 2 ladies working as the cashier are quite unfriendly, rude, and so snobby. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this location.

Worst Michael Kors store I’ve ever been to. Yes, the store is very organized and clean. BUT THE SERVICE IS THE WORST. They LACK good customer service and the workers tend to always be RUDE AND SNOBBY. Part of the job description as a sales associate is to be welcoming and helpful to ALL customers but they are otherwise, even the manager, every time my family and I take a visit. The employees can at least be friendly since my mom always spends so much money at their store. I would give zero stars if I could.
Go to the Michael Kors store at North Park, they are so much nicer

this store doesn’t have all the things you may be looking for. i wanted the large jet set continental wallet and they didn’t have it. they mostly had small wallets here. i need a big wallet because i need to carry a lot of credit card and coins. the wallet i was looking for was only available at Macy’s or at
. i ended up going to Macy’s to buy the wallet.

This Michael Kors location probably has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Many of the workers there clearly did not seem happy to be there.
I came in on a Wednesday evening when business was pretty slow. Long story short, I politely asked one of the workers about the price of a purse I had found in the clearance section. However, she was very rude and condescending about it. She showed me the tag and repeated the price to me multiple times as if I didn’t hear it the first time. It was clearly a misunderstanding because the bag had been placed close to a 60% off sign, so I just wanted to check the actual price. She could’ve simply explained it had been misplaced and that the price was as marked. After that, I decided to look around the store a for a little bit. However, the lady from the counter walked up to another employee who was standing nearby and talked about me and my friends to her RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! I found it pretty rude and I was not happy with this visit. A customer gave me better quality customer service than the actual workers did when I had a question about something!

OK let me start with that, you come to expect a little more when you pay more. This has got to be one of the Michael Kors store’s that never cross trained the employee’s and thought them proper customer service to the extent that they make them selfs sound a little racist and condescending. The woman working there clearly do not want to work there and do not care at all about customer service experience. My advice if you just have to go to this store be on you’re toes and make sure they do there job right because they will input your info wrong and then you will not be allowed to exchange or return any merchandise. Blaming you for them not doing what they get paid for.

I was happy with the customer service here. Prices are decent for outlets but I wish they had a wider selection. I did find a cute neutral colored tote from here that has lasted me a good long while now. They have purses, wallets, and even some clothes at this location. I don’t know that I’d drive out here all of the time just to come to this store but I was ok with my purchase.
