I was a massage virgin … until today. This was the most amazing experience! Monique was wonderful — gentle but firm. The hot stone massage was something I never knew could be so relaxing and stress relieving. After 8 weeks on a road trip, we’re in Frisco for just a few days before heading back to Northern Nevada and the end of our journey. This was such a perfect way to end this part of the trip. The staff was friendly, the space was beautifully done and very relaxing. I would definitely be a regular and recommend Massage Heights to all my family and friends!

I had a horrible massage by a man masseuse that talked the whole time about his religion. He started the massage 15 minutes late and did not go over. Worst massage experience I’ve had.

The masseuses have all been good, but they do have a great deal of turnover, so don’t get very attached to one. Also, be very aware of the contract when you sign up. I was told when I cancelled, I’d keep my unused credits, because they are prepaid massages. However, when going to cancel, I was told I had until the next month to use my credits or they would get lost.

Don’t sign up! I had 2 good experiences from different masseuses, but they can’t seem to keep them hired as they are never there when I get back. Also, if you have any remaining credits after you cancel, they disappear and you lose the credit. Also, they promised that they would only charge for 6 months and have continued to charge after that.

I went to massage heights for a year. After my first massage they explained the process entirely how it would work. Each time I got a massage was wonderful. I also had several facials which were fantastic!!!
The staff was always friendly and they made it easy for me to cancel my contract when it was up. I would have loved to keep it, with my travel schedule I didn’t have time to use my monthly massages when I needed to. Luckily they carry over so I was able to use it when I had time. Great experience!

I’m updating my review which was only 2 stars to 3 because I was finally able to get some help. My only issues were with the membership and the fact that is seemed nearly impossible to cancel. However I recently discovered the real issue lied in the constant flow of new employees (at the reception desk) and lack of proper training. I had several newer employees at the front desk tell me things that just weren’t true. (Like that I could share my member massages with others). The biggest issue was when they said there was no way for me to cancel even though it was a huge financial burden for me to continue to pay almost a hundred dollars a month for a luxury service. I finally had to contact their headquarters and was put in touch with someone who was able to help me. Writing this review so that others know not to take anything the receptionists say at face value and to always read the terms and agreements at this place. It also couldn’t hurt to verify everything with a manager before you sign up.
The 3 stars are for the masseuses who are great and one in particular is my absolute favorite. Her name is Donna and she has helped me immensely with my back and shoulder problems. She’s full of helpful advice and more than willing to customize the massage to suit you perfectly.

Great massage, good atmosphere, decent price. I particularly like the spa like atmosphere, music and smells. The front area could use a little more warmth, but all in all this place is great.

The wife and I have been married for 5 years now. We decided we’d go get a couple’s massage for our anniversary and Massage Heights had an opening for us and we took it.
Traffic on 75 was pretty terrible so we tried to get around it only to get stuck elsewhere. Luckily, we arrived only a few minutes late and no one said boo.
They’re located just north of the PF Chang’s.
We get a parking spot right in front and walk in and there are two ladies behind the counter to greet us. They have the paperwork ready for us to fill out and we fill it out quickly. They take us for a quick tour of the spa which really just means taking us to one of the rooms and showing us what it looks like. It’s pretty normal. Nothing too extravagant, nothing too minimalistic either.
We choose our free aromatherapy scents. I choose Relax and The Wife chooses Brie.
Our massage therapists are ready and we go into the room and they explain some of the usual stuff to us and then leave to let us get undressed. You can keep your clothes on if you like, I take off my pants and shirt but leave my underwear on.
I’ll have to say that this massage was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt extremely relaxed and the parts that I circled on my information sheet, he took time to make sure he got to all of them.
Most professional massages I’ve had, the massage therapist will tell me to drink lots of water and the next day I may feel sore. I never had that problem until the massage I got here. I woke up the next day and I really felt sore. Perhaps I didn’t drink enough water. Nonetheless, this was the first time it happened and perhaps this is the first time I got a proper massage.

We got the introductory offer of $ 49.99 with a free aromatherapy for an hour massage. It’s more than we’d normally spend but you do get what you pay for it seems. We have gone to other Foot Spa massage places and the massage isn’t nearly as good as this. We’ve also gone to the other chain massage places and they are comparable, though I feel the massage here was better.

I just got done with a massage at Massage Heights and it was incredible! The facilities were very nice and the service was excellent. My masseuse Jeanie was awesome. That was the best massage I have ever had. MH pays close attention to detail by providing you the choice of aromatherapy lotions to use during the massage and a eye pillow. I loved every minute of my massage and plan on returning soon! Massage Heights provides quality service at a affordable price and I definitely recommend giving them a try.
