This hotel does the job. The beds were very comfortable(I wanted to snatch the pillows) and the room was clean. Cant ask for more.

I stayed at this hotel for three(3) nights… I now have over 100 bed bug bites on both legs… I would not stay here again if they paid me!

This hotel was an excellent choice for our last night in Texas. Dwayne at the front counter was awesome. Thanks Dwayne! The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast, FREE WiFi, and HBO are a big plus. I suggest upgrading to the jacuzzi tub for the ultimate package. We started out at the Legacy Town Center Marriott in Plano and the beds were so bad I booked a room at the Westin in Frisco. The Westin was nice but the price doubled on Sunday(no perks aside from a door man and a view). I used Unilocal and found this hotel. My wife actually said we should have stayed here the whole time. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent bang for the buck!

Very comfortable, well maintained hotel with extremely friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the bed slept very well. The breakfast room is very nice, with a nice variety of offerings each day. We also were offered a free cocktail and bar snacks in the afternoon after we returned to the hotel from our business meeting. I appreciate the free daily USA Today newspaper also. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The clerk even remembered my name the next day when he saw me coming in. I will definitely come back if working in the area again.

Great hidden gem! I’ve been looking for a hotel outside of Dallas that is convenient, comfortable, and accessible to local amenities(drugstore, restaurants, etc) and I think I’ve found the place. The beds are super comfortable, the lobby very«boutique-ish», fresh baked cookies the evening I checked in, Awesome jacuzzi tub, very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was helpful. Free(decent) wi-fi, walking distance to a few restaurants(On The Border, Matt’s), very close to Target/Walgreens, etc and no too pricey. I’ll be back!

I’v stayed here twice now, and will always stay at this hotel when I’m in Allen visiting family. Very nice, quiet, clean. Customer service is very good. Everyone has a smile and is polite and genuine. The building and rooms are well maintained. The parking lot is decent in size. This past stay we got in quite late. Our room was very hot and the AC/heater wasn’t working. Rather then keep us up while they tried to fix the unit they moved us to an upgrade room without any additional costs. We were happy! The associated were kind, apologized, and said they’d fix it, but didn’t want us to have to wait on them. Food is meh at best, the eggs taste like they’re from powder. Bacon is ok. I was told the coffee was pretty bad too. There’s a star bucks in walking distance so I didn’t go for seconds.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Same cookie cutter breakfasts as all Holiday Inn Expresses in E. Texas /Louisiana. Stay here almost every week, always my first choice if I’m going to be in the area. Great restaurants in the area, including my favorite restaurant, Silver Thai Cuisine.

LOVELY! I’ve been here a few times. The décor is very nice, big tubs and not too pricey. I recommend this one.

Very nice hotel. Nice accommodations, nice pool. It’s a very nice holiday inn. I stayed for a weekend, and was super pleased with the cleanliness, and overall feel of the room.

I travel to Allen, TX alot for work. This Holiday Inn Express is new, very nice, conveniently located, close to everything(in Allen, TX) and the rooms have a great layout. Jacuzzi tubs, flat screen TV’s, freezing cold AC, free wi-fi, desk and you need to mention the cushy beds and wonderful pillows. Allen is 30 minutes outside of Dallas and is in a growing area. If you need a new, clean place to stay and are picky when it comes to hotels, it is worth your time to check it out.
