One of the best places we found in Allen. The climate control is a great amenity and the amount of cameras makes us feel incredibly safe about our stuff. On top of that the management is amazing! He was very helpful and made us feel like our needs mattered.

I rented a small storage unit from this company because it was close to home and by far the most affordable I could find. What I didn’t expect was the marvelous customer service I received. Leon was particularly helpful. I was greeted by name when visiting the office and taken directly to my unit when needed. The facilities operate from 6 am to 10 pm, providing very flexible and convenient access. Rates are paid monthly, so there are no long term contracts to lock in the potential renter. There is a renters’ insurance suggested, but my rate would even still have been under $ 50 per month with that included had I taken advantage of that offer. The units are clean and the premises are located in a safe and open location that is well lit and secure. As of this writing, I cannot imagine renting from anyone else.

I sold my house in Sealy, Texas in June of 2002. Since then, I have been a patron of more than one Storage Unit Company.
I moved my extra furniture, out of season clothes, out of size clothes and stuff that «needs to be eBay’d» into a climate controlled unit here in October 2007. My stuff stayed nice and clean the 10 months it was there.
The staff has been extra helpful during the time I kept my stuff on their property, including helping me cut off my lock and buy a new one when my keys were stolen in January.
I moved my stuff out on Saturday afternoon about 5pm, and the pro-rated refund for my month’s rent was credited to my bank account by Monday morning. Talk about service.
