Einstein Bros Bagels

My bagels came out all flat and out of shape. The sweet bagels were bagged together with savory ones. I’m very disappointed. Please improve on your details. Location is great but not happy with my order.

Love this place! The food came out fast and the vanilla latte was delicious. The employees could’ve been nicer but the food was great! Definitely will come back!

I’ve been through the drive-​thru at this new location twice, but have not went inside. Drive-​thru has been quick and there hasn’t been a line or wait either time. They had my requested bagel flavors in stock on a Sunday afternoon, which is not always the case. Bagels were toasted as requested and had the correct cream cheese/​butter requested. Quick place to grab a snack or late lunch!

I never give reviews, but I signed up for Unilocal specifically to give this one. I love Einstein’s Bros Bagels, so I was very excited when they opened a location around the corner from my house. I have been there roughly 10 times, and every time except once, there was a MAJOR problem with my order. I stupidly kept going back, assuming that because it was a new store they might need a little time to get their act together. But after paying $ 10 for an incorrect meal 9 times, I FINALLY learned my lesson. I have encountered everything from the bagel being completely incorrect, to there actually being HAIR IN MY FOOD! When I drove all the way back to report it to the manager, he didn’t even comp my meal. I have never been to an establishment where hair was found in my food and my meal wasn’t free. Instead he gave me a brownie that I didn’t ask for or want. I just wanted a hair-​free meal the 1^st time I ordered it. The last time I went, which was about a week ago, I informed to person who took my order that almost every time I come, there is an issue with my order and to please double check it to make sure it is correct. AND OF COURSE, MY ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN! Exactly how difficult can it be to make a plain toasted bagel with tuna? I doubt I will return to this location again, which is a shame because I love the food. I would have probably been a daily customer, had I not have encountered so many issues with the preparation of my food.

Excellent, well-​toasted bagels and prompt, friendly service (despite the store full of customers) makes this my new bagel stop. Today I stopped in to take advantage of the free cappuccino, one of the daily offerings during grand opening week. The bagel was toasted crispy on the surface but neither burnt nor overly dry. They smeared the perfect amount of cream cheese too. A great start to this new location! I’ll be back within the week.
