I went today for my first massage ever and it was well worth it. I had a female named Chris who was extremely nice and reassuring. She made me feel at ease and explained why she did something every time she moved on to work on another part of my body. The overall atmosphere was wonderful. There was a eucalyptus scent and soft music playing in the dark massage room. BTW, they now meet in the Oscar’s Nails and Spa next to Subway in the same center.

I had an automatic withdrawal out of my account. $ 300 a month. I also got gift cards for family for Christmas. They are gone and still trying to take money out of my account. Their«temporary location» is not affiliated with Chirospa and the number to make appointments is attached to a cell phone with a full mailbox. FRAUD!

Amazing service and treatment! I felt taken care of, plus the environment was really pretty and soothing. Came out feeling refreshed and new. Would highly recommend.

Visited Chirospa last Wednesday and had a great experience. Booked appointment 2 weeks in advance. The hydrafacial was perfect, especially after summer sun all season. Best thing — and I get really irritated with this — the esthetician(Sydney) didn’t just push product on me. Such a sign of covering up the fact that you don’t know crap. To my preference, she applied the practice and process to my needs, really explained the hydrafacial and the benefits as it applies to my specific skin needs. It’s been difficult to find a relaxing facility, non-Aveda commercial-y place since moving from CA with people who actually know what they’re doing. Very refreshing. I’ll be going back for other MedSpa services, I was surprised to see that they have a lot of different/advanced medspa options now available. Everyone in the scheduling process/appointment were great, no complaints.

My wife and I purchased groupons for massages, and scheduled them months later, prior to expiration. She was in for a pre-natal massage, which I made clear on first scheduling. I asked for a male masseuse, and a female for her. I was contacted prior to the appointment and informed that only the male was certified for pre-natal massage. Fine. I said we would swap therapists instead of re-scheduling. We show up to the appointment and my wife is taken in by the male masseuse. I waited 10 minutes and was informed that my masseuse had not been told about her appointment. She would not be attending my scheduled massage. I was offered to reschedule, and replied that I was really more interested in the shared experience with my wife, and that I wasn’t going to come alone. I offered instead to allow them to upgrade me to a mother’s day promo as a gift to her. They said that would be fine, and then asked me to pay the difference. They weren’t understanding me. After explaining my suggestion that they should make up their error to me, they said that they weren’t able to do this, and offered to schedule the massage for my wife again. I asked for a refund, feeling put-off now. They said that they couldn’t refund the notional(not promotional– I just asked for what I paid, not more) value of the groupon. I said«just redeem the groupon, and give me cash in the same amount– $ 33. The receptionist said that it would require manager approval and have to go in front of the finance team for review. «sigh». I left my information and asked for the manager to contact me about the refund. They took the groupon for my wife’s massage for payment. So three days go by, and no phone call. I call them. I leave a message during business hours. Finally, the manager calls me back. She was very kind, and wanted to make up for their error, apologizing. She offered to schedule a massage for my wife and me, and to add in a foot spa treatment. Great. We went in on our 10th anniversary for this, and she had a female masseuse, and I had a male(as originally intended). Her massage was excellent this time, but mine was painful. I was receiving a deep tissue massage that I hadn’t intended, and spinal de-compression as well(my back is still sore from this). Maybe I’m just a wuss, but I winced a lot during the treatment. I don’t think massage should be painful… My fault for not speaking up during the treatment. After massages we went for the foot bath, which was weird. I was expecting a hands-on foot spa experience, and this was a ionizing bath. Relaxing, sure, but definitely not what I had expected. It was supposed to remove impurities and toxins. I am hesitant to buy in… I wouldn’t pay for this. So though they tried to mulligan the initial appointment, I felt like the experience was riddled with miscommunication, errors, and at the end of the day left me regretting purchasing two groupons. I am more stressed for having dealt with this business, and purchased the groupons with the expectation that I would relax a bit with my wife. I appreciate Holly’s efforts(the manager) in trying to recover their error, but in the end, the service and communication were sub-par and I would not return if treatments were free.

This was my regular chiropractic office for over 3 years and I’m sad to say that they gradually went downhill. The services and the entire operation are designed to separate you from your money, not wellness despite their claims. The foot bath, is an unproven hoax and a cash cow for them along with several other services. Find another chiropractor, this isn’t the one!

I’ve been there twice and both times I was disappointed. Overall atmosphere seems to be nice, but first time the therapist didn’t stop talking about her psychological problems and the massage wasn’t good. Second time I got 45 min massage instead of 60 min paid for, and I came back home with no relief on my back pain.

As this was a Groupon deal for a couple massage, the massage was great and all, but I thought that it was have been a couple’s room. But instead, each of us got a separate room with our own therapist. though that was the only problem, we both ended like the place. We also found out the they take insurance for adjustment if needed. That’s cool! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys!!! Oh btw, I had a male massage therapist name Shawn, he is great with deep tissue!!! and my hubby had a female name Chris, he like her too(she gave him deep tissue too).
