Best service of any Chickfila I have ever been to, and that’s saying something. Fast and certainly satisfactory. Domingo (Manager? Assistant manager? I don’t know) is excellent and kind and also a very good looking young man. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for Domingo and for this location.

Always busy but always nice customer service and hardly ever have issues with orders love it.

Food was good but they need to improve the order process. Drive thru was busy so I walked in to find a line with only one person taking orders. This at a time that they had at least one person outside taking orders from car windows. Whataburger is known as the slowest fast food place but I think they are faster.

Overall, I really like Chick fil A. I think that the overly liberal media has attempted to make a bad name for chick-​fil-​a however, it has backfired. Chick-​fil-​a is demonstrativly the number one fast food restaurant in the United States. It seems like no matter what time you come here, even if it is 2 o’clock in the afternoon, no matter what chick-​fil-​a you are at, there is always a line of cars wrapped around the building.
The food is pretty good, but the service is phenomenal. There is a huge difference between the service of chick-​fil-​a and the service of other fast food restaurants. The workers are always very polite and I’m pleased that they have teenagers working there so often.
The only bad thing that I can say is that I really wish they stop using monosodium glutamate which is a known carcinogen and is extremely bad for you. Why not use natural spices instead of flavor enhancers?

I’ve never really been a HUGE chick-​fil-​a fan, but you can’t deny the quality of their chicken compared to other fast food chains. The batter is delicious and I love the spicy chicken sandwich, along with the chicken mini’s for breakfast. Also their lemonade is awesome, and you can also get it «light» to save calories. Both are fantastic.

Entire store does not know how to make a spicy chicken egg and cheese sandwich, I come thru 3 – 4 times a week and order the same thing every single time and somehow it gets messed you every other week. It’s not a hard sandwich, just lead to make it right !!

Chick Fila is the BEST fast food you can readily buy nationwide. Rarely any chicken chunks, and VERY friendly. A clean meal you can count on. I complained About the amount of chicken they didn’t give me and they made it right with two free meals.

Great service, clean restaurant and very good food. Chick-​fil-​A continues to be one of the best stops ever for fast food and their product has remained consistent throughout the years. This is a good location.

This is my FAVORITE Chick fil A, and I’ve been to my fair share of them.
I’ve been to this location twice and both times I have received impeccable, above-​and-​beyond service.
I ordered a chick fil a nugget meal both times and a cookie of course. The portions were good and the cookie delish! This last visit impressed me greatly. I had my hands full with my little guy and a high-​chair when my name/​number was called. The supervisor on duty followed me to my table with my food and helped me get situated while I got my little guy in the high chair. He even returned with utensils and condiments for me so I would have to get up. I also observed other staff members being extremely helpful to a mom with twins running around.
I was beaming when I went to grab a high chair and found a complimentary disposable placemat draped over the side. YES! They have those stick-​to-​the-​table mats for kids waiting and ready for you. Don’t see one, just ask. It was wonderful!
When I was packing up I noticed the portion of cheerios all over the floor, apparently my little guy had been dropping them in lieu of eating them. I began to pick them up and was stopped. I was told it was no big deal and to have a great day.
I will seriously be going out of my way to visit this Chick fil A again and again.

I would give a zero star after being treated by the «manager». Tried to turn in my calendar card award for January for a sandwich and large soda. When I inquired about an alternative because I don’t drink soda or tea, was advised that there are no other options for bottled water or a medium lemonade. I explained that other locations have made accommodations. The «manager» stated that he didn’t care what other locations do, his system would not allow it. He then stated that he didn’t care what the customer stated, he was not going to comply with any alternative. I left and vowed to never go back. I would rather go to Raising Canes two doors to the East.

Very clean location people are friendly and they have two people on the floor at all times cleaning which is very nice order fast and correctly. Excellent location we will revisit again.

Chick-​Fil-​A Checkout
As should be clear from the title, I ate at a local Chick-​Fil-​A in Allen. The overall experience was fairly good, in my opinion. Although I probably should have eaten elsewhere to avoid any bias, I don’t think I’ll ever go to such lengths for a school assignment. It seemed the place was clean, the food was good, and the atmosphere was okay.
When I drove into the parking lot, there was no trash, though obviously there were the obligatory stains from leaking cars in a couple areas. Inside, the floors were clean as far as I could see. Tables were kept wiped down, though there were crumbs on the seats in a couple areas. The bathroom seemed to be kept fairly clean as well. I would feel okay about going there, unlike in some places where the bathrooms are grimy and smell. All in all, Chick-​Fil-​A seems like it pays attention to hygiene– this one, at least.
The menu was fairly simple and straightforward, lit up and stationed above the cashiers. I’ve been to Chick-​Fil-​A before, but to be honest, I always default to the menu number 1. This time, I ordered the chargrilled chicken sandwich. The food was prepared very quickly, and it was delicious! When I had it, the decadent scent made it seem like the sandwich called to me and despite not normally being a large eater, I was suddenly hungry. The spices added to the flavor and tasted good, but didn’t overwhelm the chicken and instead enhanced the flavor. The chicken was juicy and fresh, bursting with flavor at every bite. The waffle fries weren’t overcooked or too greasy, achieving a great balance of warm golden potato goodness. They weren’t soggily soft or a tooth-​breaking crunchy, simply fresh with a perfect texture and firmness.
The atmosphere as I entered was bright and chatty. The place was very casual and seeing as I don’t particularly like formality, this put me at ease. Sun came through the windows, filling the place with natural light, but not making the place into the oven. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the huge pepper grinders were pretty comical when my dad used them to grind pepper into his soup. There didn’t seem to be any awkward or unpleasant moments.
Chick-​Fil-​A was a fairly good experience, and I know a lot of others are already regulars. It pays decent attention to cleanliness, the atmosphere was good, and the food was great. I would recommend that you go to Chick-​Fil-​A and at least try eating there!

This is a very good Chick-fil-A.note I have never eaten inside. When there is a lunch rush, they are now technologically equipped with the managers outside taking orders;makes the process move more smoothly and quick service. The staff is always vivacious and friendly! Makes it a pleasure to spend 8 dollars on a Cobb salad, at times I do have to remind them not to skimp on the chicken in the salad. Overall great establishment!

I like this chick-​fil-​A, though sometimes the sandwiches can be a little too salty, could go easier on the salt.
Waffle fries are to die for.
I’m Indian and I like my spice so I get a spicy fried chicken sandwich and a medium order of waffle fries. No soda though.
One or two times I’ve been here the tables were not cleaned properly so I had to move to another table. Seems to happen when the place is a little packed.

Man you know what. I have never had even a warm chicken sandwhich from Chick FilA ever. So I do love this location Even when there is a line the drive thru is super fast and the food is fire blazing HOT!!! I love how happy the entire staff is no matter what time of day it is… Most of all Im SOOOOOOOO Happy that this is the one business that STICKS TO NOT WORKING ON SUNDAYS!!! I hope that tradition never goes aways.

Love the waffle fries. Love the nice touch of service this place has. Appreciate the nice clean play area. Staff is always friendly.
I’m ignoring the controversy and eating good food because I like good food. Sometimes the drive thru lane can be pretty long…

For fast food, this was clean and the manager was bus-​ing table and offering to refill your drinks! Also the play area is great for even smallest of kids.

Order was taken quickly and correctly in the drive through. Very friendly. It was a busy night, however, my order taken and food was delivered in less than 5 mins. Clean and well lit outside.
There is a nice play area you can see inside.
