Just be prepared to have to wait if you need help or your checking out. This location seems to be extremely understaffed.

Like that both toys and babies r us are in the same place but this location had BYFAR the worse customer service!!! This place is always Messy snd disorgNized and has the most disgruntled people working. It really makes my shopping experience less than enjoyable.

This is a review for this particular location, NOT the chain itself. We HAD a registry here and had added most of our items on-line. We decided to physically go down to the store itself to see if there was anything we were missing. We were there for less than 10 minutes before we became so annoyed at the LOUDRAPMUSIC blaring throughout the store, that we left. We have since opened a registry with Buy Buy Baby, and I would recommend for others to do the same. This location is ghetto and the employees are absolutely useless.

I’ve had some great customer service at this location and that always bumps a place up in my book. Unlike Buy Buy Baby where customer service is completely sparse, Babies r Us is great with it. Their push-button request for help things are located all over the store and so if you can’t find an associate, you push that button and poof! they appear. I’ve also found that BRU is less expensive than BBB. Specifically we had a nightmare issue where the baby furniture we wanted wasn’t showing up with the full set on the Babies r Us website, numerous people tried to fix the issue and ultimately gave up and told me to go to my local store. When I got there, there was a whole NEW set of issues but instead of making it miserable for me as a customer a manager there named Gisella totally stepped up to the plate, apologized for the issues with the website and got it fixed in about 30 minutes and me on my way and one step closer to a finished nursery! Only drawback? BBB has a MUCH bigger selection of baby stuff. BRU just doesn’t have the floor space to stock every baby item imaginable and so it’s not ideal for registering, but there are some things at BRU that BBB doesn’t carry. If you’re like me and do a lot of consumer research you’ll probably find that most things are at BBB but for some things you’ll go to BRU, sometimes you’ll just go to BRU for a better deal. Overall, I love me some Babies r Us more than BuyBuy Baby, and will always check them out first.

Awful. This place is just awful. Yeah, at first glance it seems okay, but look a little closer and you’ll find that it’s a nightmare. Just try to find an associate to help you with a product or find an item… ghost town. Then, you’ll see that the only associates they have in the entire store, all two of them, are ringing up customers. And plan on standing in that line for a good 30 minutes… and I’m not talking about a busy Saturday afternoon, but a Tuesday at 1pm. The associates usually outnumber the customers, yet they can’t seem to get it together. I bought a few items and about 10 jars of baby food and the guy freakin’ asked me if I wanted a bag! «No, I’ll just carry all 20 of my purchases out with my own two hands». Fail. Go to BuyBuy Baby.

I love it here! Sometimes it’s hard to get a associate to help you, but it’s rare that I need any. The store is kept clean and organized. The sling section needs to have something done… all of the boxes are open.

Holy Schnikies. Did you know there’s a whole world of out there with screaming babies and strollers and bouncing chairs and $ 800 strollers and every sort of baby item imaginable!!! Dude. I’ve been there. I’ve seen it with me own eyes. A good friend is having a baby. I found myself cruisin’ the isles with 27 pages worth of baby registry under my arm. One isle after another of screaming, poopin’, peein’ babies. I should have brought a flask or something. 20 minutes in I was dizzy and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. God bless parents who can deal with crying babies. I’m not quite there yet. This is the newest location and the store was nice if not walmart’ish. There was a huge selection of, well, everything baby related(after all, babies are them!), and it looked organized and clean. However, if anyone else I know gets knocked up anytime soon, I’ll be ordering my presents online from now on, thankyouverymuch… There was a strange smell of wonderfulness in the air. I wonder if they sell bottled baby smell somewhere.
