Dumb as bricks. For the love of god fix your SD card readers so I can do what I came here for. It’s a simple task. Wasted trip all due to employee laziness. This location sucks.

Worst managed store i have ever experienced. Stood by furniture for at least 30 minutes. Had to walk to the front to ask them for help. Still no one showed up, ask them to page furniture again. Finally someone greeted me, told him which chair i wanted took him another 20 minutes to find the chair. The cashier didn’t know how to punch in a coupon code, didnt even bother trying to explain the coupon. Truly upset with this store. I hope they get a whole new staff cause i love shopping at staples as a company.

I had a blank marriage certificate that I needed some names printed on it. Eric, in the print area said he could not print this. It was «impossible» he tells me. I just stopped by here as they were on my way to a meeting. I will go to a print shop instead.

I have been coming to this Staples ever since they opened for all my office supply needs. Staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist in any way possible. The store is clean for the most part, but the walkways are jam packed full of products. Recently, they added copious amounts of racks/​tables with miscellaneous items for sale throughout the aisles and by the doors. It is extremely overwhelming and somewhat claustrophobic in my opinion. I feel as if I am maneuvering through a maze! This Staples has everything you need as long as you are willing to search every aisle and have lots of time on your hands. The past couple times here I noticed the workers constantly moving around all of the aisles, relocating accessories, and increasing their selection of food. I don’t know about you but I do not go to Staples with the sole intention of purchasing gummy bears, licorice, pretzels, etc. Too much is too much! Helpful tip… Make sure you enroll in the Staples Rewards program because they mail out great coupons and free vouchers depending on how much you spend monthly!
