She carefully listens to her clients, involves them in the decision-​making process, and then skillfully executes so that the outcome is exactly what they are expecting. This review is for Jenn Ever. I had to write a review because I’ve never been so pleased with my hair! I have been a platinum blonde for almost 10 years but I’ve always been on the hunt for a new hair stylist because I almost always walked away with brassy roots. However, Jenn (who happens to be a platinum blonde herself) did a fabulous job! She was quick, very sweet and fabulous at hair. She even fixed the brassyness from previous poor hair jobs. So happy to have found her and this salon. I highly recommend her. Especially if you’re a blonde! Thanks Jenn!!! :)

Amy Nichols is the BEST! She just cut my squirmy autistic son’s hair and I do not know how it’s possible but it is perfect. Bonus: she answered all of his hairdryer questions and managed to make him comfortable regarding the DREADED BUZZER. A great hairstylist and an awesome person — thinking of asking her out for drinks and to possibly be my new bff. Too much??? Anyway, highly recommend her!

After bouncing around between a few hair dressers I found Jessi Guenther, who was a referral from my best friend. Like most girls, I had my hair ombré for over five years. For the last two years, Jessi had been maintaining the style and a basic cut (my hair was very long so all I ever really needed was a trim).
This last summer, Jessi really showcased her talent on my locks. We cut 10″ off. It was a bold move and I honestly can’t believe I’m not missing my long hair AT ALL. The style she gave me fits my look and personality so well.
After a few visits of maintaining the shorter ‘do, she became vocal and voiced her opinion that I should lighten my dark brown hair. I was so excited that she was taking initiative rather than just tending to my hair as instructed. I don’t feel that many naturally brunette girls can pull off blonde hair but Jessi has worked her magic! I am so happy with the way my color and cut look. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else to touch my hair; with that said, I highly recommend the salon and of course Jessi! I adore her!

Amy is amazing! She does a great job and she always makes me feel even prettier whether it’s with a trim or color. She’s definitely my go to hair dresser! :)

Amy Nichols is an amazing stylist at Salon Platinum. She does super fab color and awesome cuts! She has been working on my hair for years and I will not allow anyone else to touch my head! She also is very honest and will let you know the best cut and color for your face and coloring… all around awesome stylist! My hair has never looked better!

Dona Fazela has been threading my eyebrows for years she’s the only person I’ll let touch my brows. I have hyper sensitive skin and other threaders have always ripped my skin off. But not Dona. I’ve followed her to a couple different salons because she’s definitely worth it. She’s priced very reasonably and always takes her time. The other benefit is that she has her own skin care line. She’s created an amazing facial scrub that is gentle enough for my sensitive skin and I can definitely see the difference. Hands down she’s the best esthetician in South OC.

I’ve been going to Tiera since November 2014. I’ve always loved being blonde but I felt like I was never able to explain to hairstylists exactly how I wanted it. They would always do a warm, natural blonde assuming that’s what I wanted. The first time I talked to Tiera about my hair she explained to me the difference between cool and warm and the different amounts we could let my natural hair show through, etc. she was so thorough and told me step by step what we’d have to do to achieve my look. She told me what the upkeep would be like, how much it would cost me and approx how long it would take. We put together a plan together and I couldn’t be happier! She never pushes me beyond my comfort zone but is always there to offer suggestions for our next move. I feel like my hair is a work of art and love being so involved in the process. Tiera is so sweet too. I love talking to her and never run out of things to talk about. I also have fallen asleep a few times while she was doing my hair and she just kept on going assuring me it was no problem and to relax :) She also is amazing with scheduling. She will make it happen and is usually flexible. Multiple times I’ve come in for a quick cut but realized I need roots done or something. She does her best to adapt to any crazy request I spring on her as long as it doesn’t run into her other clients time. At this point she has 100% won me over and I’d never go to anyone else.

I get my hair cut by Tiera and she is the best! She never disappoints and is very considerate when cutting and dying. I have done extreme hair styles with her and she is impressive. Salon Platinum has a great environment, friendly stylists and great products to chose from.

Tiera Jones does a great job with men’s haircuts, been getting my haircut by her for two years and has done solid job from Mohawks to gentleman’s cut.

So very happy I found Amy Nichols at Salon Platinum. She was referred by a friend, and I am so happy I went to see her. She is a professional, knowledgeable and she truly listened to my wants and needs. It is so refreshing to have a professional stylist that cares enough to do my hair the way that suits me. I’ve been going to Nicole M at Salon Platinum for a couple years now. She is a master at color, stays up to date on the latest trends in hair styles and is a total professional. Her hair styles frequently appear in the hair magazines and she is one of the go to stylists working at NY Fashion Week.
What I especially love about Nicole is that I walk out of the salon looking like I’m ready for date night or to get my picture taken. She is always going the extra mile to keep my hair looking its very best!

You’d think it would be easy, but I’ve found it super difficult to find someone who can do a decent men’s cut. So I was STOKED to find Amy Nichols at Salon Platinum. Simple but stylish cut that didn’t break the bank. FINALLY!

Joesph is absolutely amazing!
i have permanently moved to Orange County and have been searching for someone to color and cut my hair, I cannot tell you how happy i am to have found Joesph! I went in for a cut and color, he took so much time listening and asking questions to try to figure out what exactly I wanted. He took my skin tone, lifestyle, concerns, age and expectations all into consideration before mixing a color. I absolutely love the color he’s given me and that too, he did so with no damage whatsoever to my hair! If anything, it is softer and shinier :)
As for the hair cut, he truly is a master with cuts. My hair has never looked so beautiful. He has an incredible eye for detail. He even noted that I have a habit of tucking my hair behind my ear a lot and cut my hair in such a way that is flattering according to that habit! now whenever I tuck lose strands behind my hair, my doesn’t just fall flat. it sits behind my ear w texture and volume at the top (i am not explaining this right, but the bottom line is that it looks great!).
Aside from his craft, Joseph makes great conversation and is a beautiful human being. He is so very kind and genuinely wants his customers to be happy and confident. I know there is no one else I will be going to but Joseph!

Jeff Wacker is the most professional, hip, fun, and knowledgable artist of hair I’ve ever worked with. Very few stylists understand my hair. It’s thick, unruly, cowlicks all over the place and notoriously difficult to cut, let alone style. In the past, my only option was a military high & tight… pretty boring.
Jeff took my hair by the roots and showed it who was in control. The end result was a complete redefining of what my hair can do and how I can do it (an education bestowed on me by the Wacker free of charge).
Every chance I get, I tell people to check out Salon Platinum!

Jessi Guenther is incredibly talented! I have gone from dark to ombré to blond and she has perfected every cut color and style. Jessi is not only fantastic at hair but she has an amazing ability to connect with her clients.

I had the best experience here. My friend recommended Salvador Santana and I must do the same! I cannot say how wonderful he treated me. I told him I wanted to go darker, but I didn’t want to be boring. He worked some kind of magic because my hair looked so polished and glamorous. He also made me feel really important and not just a customer. He took such good care of my hair. SO much dimension. I recommend him over and over and have sent a couple of my friends to see him too! You’ll love him.
